Logan Thompson G | WAS
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Beaten twice Tuesday
Thompson stopped 24 of 26 shots in Tuesday's 3-0 loss to the Blues. The third goal was an empty-netter in the final minute of the third period.
Thompson did everything he could to keep the Capitals in the game, but the offense wasn't at its best and couldn't score on Joel Hofer, who had a 21-save shutout. Thompson has dropped his last two games, but he remains a solid contributor in fantasy. He has yet to allow more than three goals in a game since returning from the Olympics, going 5-4-2 with a 2.10 GAA and an impressive .923 save percentage over that span.

Joel Hofer G | STL
Blues' Joel Hofer: Posts shutout Tuesday
Hofer posted a 21-save shutout in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Capitals.
Hofer didn't receive a lot of support from the offense, but he didn't need it en route to his sixth shutout of the season. He's one behind Ilya Sorokin for the league's lead in that category. Hofer hasn't lost in regulation since the Olympic break, going 6-0-2 with an excellent 1.34 GAA and an outstanding .955 save percentage in that span.

Jake Allen G | NJ
Devils' Jake Allen: Concedes four in win
Allen stopped 23 of 27 shots in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Stars.
Allen bounced back from the 2-1 loss to the Capitals last Friday, but his overall numbers haven't been very good. In three outings since the beginning of March, Allen has allowed nine goals on 85 shots faced while posting an .894 save percentage, a 3.03 GAA and a 2-1-0 record. He has been cutting into Jacob Markstrom's playing time, and a win over the Stars could give Allen more playing time down the stretch.

Jonathan Quick G | NYR
Rangers' Jonathan Quick: Not available Wednesday
Quick (upper body) isn't expected to be available for Wednesday's road game against Toronto, per Mollie Walker of the New York Post.
Head coach Mike Sullivan said Quick is "not there yet," but the bench boss believes Quick is "getting closer." The 40-year-old netminder has a 5-16-2 record, 3.18 GAA and .889 save percentage in 23 appearances with the Rangers this season. Igor Shesterkin is expected to start Wednesday, while Dylan Garand is slated to serve as the backup netminder.

Casey DeSmith G | DAL
Stars' Casey DeSmith: Strong showing in relief
DeSmith stopped 15 of 16 shots in relief in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Devils.
DeSmith entered the game in the second period after Jake Oettinger allowed four goals on eight shots. DeSmith has been slumping lately and has dropped his last three outings, a stretch in which he's posted a 3.51 GAA and an .871 save percentage. He's 3-3-0 with a 2.52 GAA and an .891 save percentage in six appearances since the Olympic break.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Pulled early in Tuesday's loss
Oettinger was pulled after the first period in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Devils. He allowed four goals on eight shots faced.
Oettinger had his worst performance of the season by a wide margin, and while Casey DeSmith limited the damage the rest of the way, the Stars couldn't mount a comeback. Oettinger didn't pick up the loss in Tuesday's contest, but it was a damaging one for fantasy managers.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Earns win over San Jose
Saros stopped 27 of 30 shots in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Sharks.
Saros was beaten once in each period, but by the time he allowed Will Smith's power-play goal in the second frame, the Predators had already scored six goals. Saros is on a three-game winning streak, posting a 2.58 GAA and a .918 save percentage while saving 90 of the 98 shots he's faced in that span.
-
Alex Nedeljkovic G | SJ
Sharks' Alex Nedeljkovic: Concedes six goals
Nedeljkovic stopped 13 of 19 shots in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Predators.
Nedeljkovic has lost his past four outings and has allowed at least five goals in three of those outings, so it's hard to trust him in any fantasy format at the moment. Nedeljkovic also owns an .816 save percentage during his losing skid. Up next, the Sharks have road games against the Blues on Thursday and the Blue Jackets on Saturday.

Igor Shesterkin G | NYR
Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Starting against Toronto
Shesterkin was the first goalie off during Wednesday's morning skate, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports, indicating that he'll draw the road start against Toronto.
Shesterkin is in the midst of a three-game losing streak in which he's gone 0-3-0 with a 3.39 GAA and .894 save percentage. He's made a pair of starts against the Maple Leafs this season, going 1-0-1 with a 1.99 GAA and .929 save percentage.

Dennis Hildeby G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Dennis Hildeby: Returns to minors
Hildeby was reassigned to AHL Toronto on Wednesday.
Hildeby was up with the Maple Leafs because of Anthony Stolarz's (throat) injury, but Stolarz got the start in Toronto's 4-2 victory over Boston on Tuesday. Stolarz and Joseph Woll will likely split the starting duties, while Hildeby is returning to the minors. Hildeby has a 5-6-4 record, 2.90 GAA and .910 save percentage in 19 outings with the Maple Leafs in 2025-26, but he didn't play for the club during his latest NHL stint.
