The Flyers jumped out to a 3-0 lead before the first period was over, and Vladar made sure the home team never got level. The 28-year-old netminder has just one regulation loss in his last eight starts and hasn't allowed more than three goals in any of those outings, going 5-1-2 with a .918 save percentage during that span.

Wallstedt is expected to start on the road against the Kings on Saturday, per Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.
Wallstedt has an 11-2-3 record, 2.21 GAA and .928 save percentage in 16 outings in 2025-26. He has allowed at least three goals in each of his past three outings. The Kings rank 31st in goals per game with 2.59.

Devils' Jacob Markstrom: Sharp in win No. 10
Markstrom made 30 saves in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Mammoth.
The veteran netminder took a shutout into the third period before Michael Carcone snapped a one-timer past him with less than eight minutes left. Markstrom hasn't allowed more than three goals in an outing since Nov. 29. He's 10-9-1 this season with a 3.20 GAA and an .888 save percentage.

Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Burned by Devils
Vejmelka turned aside 26 shots in Saturday's 4-1 loss to New Jersey.
The Mammoth came out flat at both ends of the ice in the afternoon road contest, and Vejmelka didn't have much chance on any of the first three pucks that beat him -- although he might want another crack at Dougie Hamilton's sharp-angle strike late in the second period. It's only Vejmelka's second loss in his last seven starts. He's 17-11-2 with a 2.69 GAA and an .895 save percentage this season.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Takes down Buffalo on Saturday
Greaves made 32 saves in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Sabres.
Josh Doan tapped a puck past Greaves from in close midway through the first period, but the Columbus netminder slammed the door shut the rest of the way to end Buffalo's 10-game win streak. The 24-year-old Greaves has a firm hold on the top job in the Jackets' crease. He has allowed three goals or fewer in 11 straight outings dating back to Dec. 7 while going 5-6-0 with a .927 save percentage.

Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Win streak ends in Columbus
Luukkonen stopped 30 of 34 shots in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Blue Jackets. The final goal was an empty-netter.
The Sabres saw their 10-game win streak come to an end, and Luukkonen got saddled with his first loss since Dec. 8. He won his previous three starts while giving up only three goals on 79 shots. On the season, Luukkonen is 7-6-1 with a 2.58 GAA and a .901 save percentage.

Predators' Juuse Saros: Facing Flames on Saturday
Saros will protect the road goal versus the Flames on Saturday, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
Saros has gone 5-3-0 over his last eight games, and he hasn't allowed more than three goals in any of those contests. His improved consistency is a plus, but he'll draw a start against a Flames team that's also on the rise. Calgary has scored 21 goals over its last six games, going 5-1-0 in that span.

Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Expected to start Saturday
Woll is expected to start on the road against the Islanders on Saturday, per Andrew Gross of Newsday.
Woll will attempt to rebound after allowing four goals on 17 shots before being pulled from Thursday's 6-5 win against Winnipeg. He has an 8-4-1 record, 2.74 GAA and .914 save percentage in 14 outings in 2025-26. The Islanders rank 26th in goals per game with 2.73.

Wolf will guard the home goal versus the Predators on Saturday, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
Wolf is on a three-game winning streak, having allowed four goals on 83 shots in that span. The Predators enter Saturday's matchup with four wins in their last six games, scoring a total of 16 goals in that stretch. It should be a close battle between two teams that have dug out of poor starts to the season.
