  • Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Facing Kraken

Skinner will defend the road net against Seattle on Saturday, according to Paige Martin of Oilers TV.

Skinner has a 1-3-0 record in his last four outings while allowing 16 goals on 93 shots. He has gone 8-7-3 this season with one shutout, a 3.18 GAA and an .878 save percentage through 18 appearances. Seattle sits 30th in the league with 2.57 goals per game this campaign.

  • Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Guarding home goal

Blackwood is set to start at home against Montreal on Saturday.

Blackwood is coming off back-to-back shutout victories against San Jose on Wednesday and Nashville on Nov. 22. He's 4-0-1 with a 1.98 GAA and a .928 save percentage in five outings this year. The Canadiens are 13-7-3 and rank fourth in goals per game with 3.48.

  • Golden Knights' Carl Lindbom: Slated starter Saturday

Lindbom is expected to start at home against San Jose on Saturday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Lindbom is still searching for his first NHL victory -- the 22-year-old rookie is 0-4-2 with a 3.16 GAA and an .872 save percentage in six outings. It might be his last opportunity to show up in the win column during this stint with Vegas. Lindbom will probably be sent to the minors once Carter Hart (suspension) is eligible to start playing with the Golden Knights on Monday. The Sharks are 12-10-3 and tied for 24th in goals per game with 2.80.

  • Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Starting Saturday

Johansson will be between the visiting pipes against the Rangers on Saturday, Lightning reporter Gabby Shirley reports.

Johansson will make his second start in the last seven games. He turned aside 29 shots en route to a 5-3 victory over Washington on Nov. 22. Johansson is 4-2-0 with a 3.23 GAA and an .893 save percentage in seven appearances this season. The Rangers defeated Boston 6-2 on Friday and are 28th in NHL scoring, averaging 2.69 goals per contest.

  • Golden Knights' Akira Schmid: Tagged with loss

Schmid stopped 15 of 18 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to Montreal.

Schmid was unable to make an impact between the pipes Friday, and this outing means he's now winless over his last three games. He owns a 3.21 GAA and an .865 save percentage over that stretch. Even if Adin Hill (lower body) remains out, Carter Hart (suspension) will likely eat into Schmid's playing time. Hart's first chance to play for Vegas will come Tuesday against Chicago, though it remains to be seen who the Golden Knights will start in that home game.

  • Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: Impressive vs. Golden Knights

Montembeault stopped 30 of 31 shots in Friday's 4-1 win over the Golden Knights.

Montembeault didn't play in the Canadiens' last two games due to a series of subpar performances, but he was able to bounce back admirably in this one. This was the highest save percentage he's posted in a single game in 2025-26, and it'll be a confidence booster for the struggling 29-year-old netminder. Prior to this excellent performance in Vegas, Montembeault posted a 2-2-1 record with a 3.63 GAA and an .860 save percentage in seven November appearances.

  • Sharks' Yaroslav Askarov: Bounces back vs. Vancouver

Askarov stopped 32 of 34 shots in Friday's 3-2 win over the Canucks.

Askarov was coming off a subpar performance against the Avalanche on Wednesday, in which he stopped 15 of 19 shots before being lifted in a 6-0 loss. However, the 23-year-old bounced back admirably and was terrific in leading the Sharks to a big win at home. Askarov has posted a save percentage of at least .910 in nine of his last 11 appearances, going 8-3-0 with a 2.09 GAA and a .934 save percentage in that span.

  • Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Allows three goals in loss

Tolopilo stopped 21 of 24 shots in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.

Tolopilo suffered the first defeat of his NHL career, though he still had a decent performance. The Canucks are playing on a back-to-back Saturday, so it's uncertain if the 25-year-old will remain between the pipes. Right now, the Canucks are without Thatcher Demko (lower body) and Kevin Lankinen (personal), though there's a scenario in which Lankinen might return to the lineup to face Los Angeles.

  • Islanders' David Rittich: Makes 18 saves in SO loss

Rittich stopped 18 of 21 shots in Friday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Rittich was beaten three times in the opening 22 minutes of play, but he held down the fort the rest of the way and allowed the Islanders to force a shootout after a furious comeback that included goals from Emil Heineman, Matthew Schaefer and Anders Lee. Rittich has avoided defeat in regulation in his last four appearances, going 3-0-1 with a 1.67 GAA and a .925 save percentage over that stretch.

  • Flyers' Samuel Ersson: Stops 28 shots, earns win

Ersson stopped 28 of 31 shots in Friday's 4-3 shootout win over the Islanders.

Ersson has avoided defeat in regulation in three of his last four starts. However, that record doesn't tell the whole story, as the 26-year-old netminder has also posted a save percentage of .890 or lower in three of those outings. As such, and considering he's entrenched in a backup role, it's hard to trust Ersson in fantasy going forward.
