  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Starting against Seattle

Oettinger will defend the road net against the Kraken on Saturday, according to Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.

Oettinger has stopped 117 of 125 shots during his four-game winning streak. He has a 35-15-3 record with two shutouts, a 2.50 GAA and a .909 save percentage in 52 appearances this season. Seattle sits 13th in the league with 3.03 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Expected to face Detroit

Swayman is set to start on the road against Detroit on Saturday.

Swayman will attempt to end his four-game losing streak -- he's allowed a terrible 20 goals on 108 shots (.815 save percentage) over that span. The 26-year-old has a 20-25-6 record, 3.12 GAA and .892 save percentage in 51 appearances this campaign. Detroit ranks 22nd in goals per game with 2.85.

  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Not starting after all

Despite an earlier report to the contrary, Vasilevskiy isn't starting in Saturday's home game against the Islanders on Saturday.

Jonas Johansson will get the assignment, while Vasilevskiy will be the backup netminder. It will be Johansson's first start since March 13. Vasilevskiy will probably guard the road goal Tuesday in a rematch versus the Islanders.

  • Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Starting Saturday

Johansson will patrol the home crease against the Islanders on Saturday.

Contrary to a previous report, Johansson will get the nod instead of Andrei Vasilevskiy on Saturday. The 29-year-old Johansson has a 7-5-2 record with one shutout, a 3.12 GAA and an .896 save percentage through 15 appearances this season.

  • Canucks' Kevin Lankinen: Poor outing Friday

Lankinen stopped 32 of 38 shots in Friday's 7-6 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.

Lankinen returned to the net after not featuring in the previous two games, and he had a night to forget, although neither team played well defensively in this contest. The 29-year-old netminder is not ending the season on the best note. He's dropped his last three outings, going 0-1-2 with a 4.54 GAA and a woeful .821 save percentage over that stretch.

  • Blue Jackets' Elvis Merzlikins: Earns win in high-scoring affair

Merzlikins stopped 31 of 37 shots in Friday's 7-6 shootout win over Vancouver.

The 30-year-old netminder secured his second consecutive win, but while he came out on top in this thrilling offensive showcase, it's not much of a silver lining for fantasy managers on a night in which he conceded six goals. Merzlikins' numbers haven't been impressive of late. In nine starts since the beginning of March, he's gone 3-5-1 with a 3.64 GAA and an .893 save percentage.

  • Sharks' Alexandar Georgiev: Tending twine Saturday

Georgiev will guard the home cage versus the Rangers on Saturday, per Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News.

It has been a tough season for Georgiev, who started the year with Colorado, going 8-7-0 with a 3.38 GAA and an .874 save percentage. A trade to San Jose has not helped, as he is 7-16-1 with a 3.75 GAA and an .877 save percentage across his last 25 appearances. The Rangers are coming off a 5-4 overtime loss to Anaheim on Friday, boosting their scoring to 2.97 goals per game in 2024-25, 15th in the NHL.

  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Facing Islanders

Vasilevskiy will defend the home blue paint versus the Islanders on Saturday, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.

Vasilevskiy is 5-1-0 in his last six starts, allowing only eight goals on 126 shots (.937 save percentage). He is 35-19-3 with six shutouts, a sparkling 2.18 GAA and a .921 save percentage. The Islanders are generating 2.72 goals per game this season, 26th in the NHL.
