Blackwood will be in goal for Sunday's home matchup versus St. Louis, according to Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette.
Blackwood was pulled in his last start after getting torched for six goals on 19 shots in Wednesday's 8-6 loss to Vancouver. He has gone 3-3-0 with a 3.68 GAA and an .838 save percentage over his last nine outings. Scott Wedgewood got the start in a tough matchup against the Stars on Saturday, which might be an indication that Blackwood is trending toward being the No. 2 option for the postseason. As far as Sunday's matchup, the Blues are clawing to stay alive in the playoff race -- they are coming off a 6-2 win in Anaheim on Friday after losing back-to-back games.

Devils' Jacob Markstrom: Set to start in Montreal
Markstrom will the patrol the road blue paint Sunday against the Canadiens, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
Markstrom has dropped back-to-back outings while allowing four goals in each loss, which came on the heels of his three-game winning streak. The Swedish goaltender is 7-5-0 over 12 games since the Olympic break, but he's surrendered at least three goals in nine of those contests. The Canadiens have already clinched a playoff spot and are 22-13-2 on home ice in 2025-26.

Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Facing divisional foe
Shesterkin will be between the home pipes Sunday versus Washington, according to Mollie Walker of the New York Post.
Shesterkin allowed three goals on 25 shots in a 3-2 loss to Montreal on Thursday, but he won back-to-back starts prior to that. The Russian netminder is 24-17-6 with a 2.53 GAA and a .912 save percentage over 48 outings this season. Both teams are on the second half of a back-to-back Sunday -- the Capitals are coming off a 6-2 win over the Sabres, while the Rangers defeated the Red Wings by a 4-1 score.

Canadiens' Jacob Fowler: Tending twine Sunday
Fowler will protect the home net against the Devils on Sunday, per Eric Engels of Sportsnet.
Fowler will get the back half of this home-and-home set with the Devils, as Jakub Dobes played in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win. Fowler has won three straight games and four of his last five, making 120 saves on 132 shots (.909 save percentage) during that time. The Devils are 19-19-0 on the road this season.

Capitals' Charlie Lindgren: First start since March 12
Lindgren will get the start Sunday against the Rangers, Mike Vogel of the Capitals' official site reports.
It's the first start in nearly a month for Lindgren, who hasn't seen action since March 12. Logan Thompson has started 10 straight games, but the Capitals haven't seen any back-to-backs over that time. With Sunday being the second leg of a back-to-back, Lindgren returns to the crease. The 32-year-old already has a pair of victories this season over the Rangers, who rank 24th in the NHL at 2.83 goals per game.

Andersen will guard the road goal against Ottawa on Sunday, per Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia.
Andersen will get the second half of Carolina's back-to-back after Brandon Bussi played in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Islanders. The 36-year-old Andersen has a 14-13-5 record in the 2025-26 campaign with a 3.09 GAA and an .871 save percentage through 32 appearances. Ottawa sits 10th in the league with 3.28 goals per game this season.

Senators' Linus Ullmark: Chance for rebound Sunday
Ullmark will start in goal Sunday against the Hurricanes, Julian McKenzie of The Athletic reports.
After a tough start Saturday in which he allowed four goals on 23 shots against the Wild, Ullmark will get right back between the pipes Sunday in the second half of the weekend back-to-back. The 32-year-old is 24-12-8 on the season with a 2.84 GAA and an .886 save percentage. This will be Ullmark's first start of the season against the Hurricanes, who rank fourth in the NHL at 3.51 goals per game.

Penguins' Taylor Gauthier: Jumps up from ECHL
Gauthier has been recalled by the Penguins from ECHL Wheeling on Sunday, Wes Crosby of NHL.com reports.
Gauthier is up as insurance to Arturs Silovs because Stuart Skinner was scratched from Sunday's game after being struck with a puck near the eye Saturday. Gauthier was in the ECHL with Wheeling but is in the midst of a fabulous season, as he sports a 20-7-2 record, 2.00 GAA and a .932 save percentage.

Skinner (upper body) won't be in the lineup for Sunday's home matchup against Florida.
With Skinner unavailable for at least one game, Arturs Silovs will start again after the latter made 19 saves in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Panthers. Pittsburgh recalled Taylor Gauthier from ECHL Wheeling on Sunday to serve as Silovs' backup.

Penguins' Arturs Silovs: Starting back-to-back days
Silovs led the team out for warmups and will get the start Sunday against the Panthers, Dan Potash of SportsNet Pittsburgh reports.
With Stuart Skinner (upper body) out Sunday after being struck with a puck in the eye, Silovs will earn a start for the second straight day against the Panthers. The 25-year-old Silovs turned aside just 19 of the 23 Florida shots he faced Saturday but was rewarded with nine goals of support to earn the win. He is 18-10-8 with a 3.01 GAA and an .888 save percentage this season.
