Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Back in win column Tuesday
Saros made 18 saves in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Bruins.
The 29-year-old netminder gave up a goal in each period, but Nashville gave Saros more than enough offensive support to secure the victory. Saros has alternated wins and losses over his last six starts, allowing five goals on 76 shots (.934 save percentage) in the wins and an ugly 16 goals on 90 shots (.822 save percentage) in the losses as he struggles to produce consistent results behind a banged-up Predators blue line that's missing Roman Josi (upper body), Jeremy Lauzon (lower body) and promising rookie Adam Wilsby (upper body).

Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Set to start Wednesday
Soderblom is expected to start at home against Ottawa on Wednesday, per Mario Tirabassi of CHGO Sports.
Soderblom endured a six-game losing streak (0-4-2) from Jan. 30 to Feb. 27, but that came to an end Saturday when he stopped 28 of 31 shots en route to a 6-3 victory over Anaheim. He's now 8-15-5 with a 3.02 GAA and a .906 save percentage across 29 outings in 2024-25. Ottawa is tied for 21st in goals per game with 2.82. Spencer Knight is projected to back up Soderblom, which leaves Petr Mrazek as a healthy scratch.

Igor Shesterkin G | NYR
Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: First goalie off Wednesday
Shesterkin was the first goalie to leave the ice Wednesday, Colin Stephenson of Newsday reports, indicating he'll be in goal at home against Washington.
Shesterkin has secured victories in three of his last four outings while posting a 1.77 GAA and one shutout. A slow start to the season will likely result in the 29-year-old netminder missing the 30-win mark for the first time since 2020-21, but he seems to be finding his stride of late. With a back-to-back against the Senators and Blue Jackets on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, Shesterkin figures to split the next two games with Jonathan Quick.

Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Poor showing Tuesday
Daccord stopped 16 of 20 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Wild.
The Wild put up all four goals within the first 30 minutes, though Daccord was left in the game. The Kraken made a push late, but they couldn't find the tying goal, leaving Daccord with his third loss in six starts. He's now 21-16-3 with a 2.60 GAA and a .911 save percentage. He's seen a heavy workload since late January, and while he's still the clear No. 1, he may simply need a breather soon. The Kraken play three road games in four days over the next part of the schedule, visiting Nashville on Thursday before a weekend back-to-back with stops in Philadelphia on Saturday and Washington, DC on Sunday.

Filip Gustavsson G | MIN
Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Holds on for win
Gustavsson stopped 33 of 36 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Kraken.
Gustavsson has won four of his last six outings, but this was the fourth time in that span he has given up at least three goals. The 26-year-old goalie let the Kraken get within a goal at the end of the second period, but he slammed the door under heavy pressure in the third. He's now 24-13-3 with a 2.62 GAA and a .914 save percentage through 41 contests this season. The Wild conclude this two-game road trip with a game in Vancouver on Friday.

Alex Nedeljkovic G | SJ
Penguins' Alex Nedeljkovic: Keeps it close in loss
Nedeljkovic stopped 21 of 23 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Avalanche. The last two goals were empty-netters.
Nedeljkovic put in a respectable performance, but Casey Mittelstadt's tie-breaking power-play goal with 4:09 left was the difference. It'll go down as a fourth straight loss for Nedeljkovic, who has given up 18 goals over five appearances in that span. The 29-year-old netminder is now 12-13-5 with a 3.14 GAA and an .892 save percentage over 32 contests. While he has the benefit of a high volume of playing time, Nedeljkovic is playing on a team heading in the wrong direction, so fantasy managers looking for wins should turn elsewhere. The Penguins' road trip continues Friday in Vegas.

Elvis Merzlikins G | CLB
Blue Jackets' Elvis Merzlikins: Three-game win streak snapped
Merzlikins made 34 saves in a 6-2 loss to Tampa Bay on Tuesday. He allowed five goals.
The big guns had Merzlikins in a corner all night. Nikita Kucherov had a goal and two assists, while Victor Hedman and Jake Guentzel each had two goals and an assist. Elvis had won three straight (and the Jackets had won four in a row) prior to Tuesday. Merzlikins has the Blue Jackets in the top Wild Card spot; the team last made the postseason in 2020. Despite this rough start, he's a solid activation as Columbus surges.

Jonas Johansson G | TB
Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Rings up another win
Johansson made 30 saves in a 6-2 win over Columbus on Tuesday.
Johansson is now 7-5-1 in 13 starts, but his 3.15 GAA and .895 save percentage are unimpressive. Still, the Bolts are white-hot right now (9-1-0 in the last 10 games), so Johansson is a must-play whenever he's in the blue paint.

Scott Wedgewood G | COL
Avalanche's Scott Wedgewood: Strong performance in win
Wedgewood allowed one goal on 33 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.
Wedgewood hadn't won since Jan. 18, though he had made just two starts in between victories. The 32-year-old was sharp despite the inconsistent playing time lately, allowing just a Rickard Rakell goal late in the second period. Wedgewood is now 7-6-1 on the year with a 2.66 GAA and a .903 save percentage across 16 appearances. Mackenzie Blackwood is likely to face his former team Thursday when the Avalanche host the Sharks.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen G | BUF
Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Gets no help from teammates
Luukkonen made 22 saves in a 6-2 loss to San Jose on Tuesday. He allowed five goals.
His team didn't give him much help -- his teammates were outmatched in every part of the game, including compete. Luukkonen has lost two straight games with eight goals allowed in that span. The Sabres are 0-3-1 in their last four after winning six of the previous seven. Luukkonen is a solid netminder, but he cannot win games single-handedly.
