Jonas Johansson G | TB
Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Allows three goals in loss
Johansson made 15 saves in a 4-1 loss to Chicago on Tuesday.
He allowed three goals. Johansson is 2-4-0 with 19 goals allowed in his last six games. Johansson continues to struggle in his backup role, but he was pressed into duty when Andrei Vasilevskiy came down sick. We wouldn't rely on Johansson for fantasy help.

Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Big-time performance in third frame
Soderblom made 34 saves in a 4-1 win over Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
Soderblom made 15 of his 34 saves in the third period to preserve the win. It was the Hawks' first road victory since Dec. 9 against the Rangers. Soderblom's overall record is mid, but his .910 save percentage is a strong metric, especially behind a porous team.

Dustin Wolf G | CGY
Flames' Dustin Wolf: Loses to Capitals
Wolf allowed three goals on 23 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Capitals.
Wolf's three-game winning streak came to an end after he allowed a goal in each period. The 23-year-old has been trusted with tougher matchups lately after being more sheltered early in the campaign. He's generally played well, going 6-3-0 with 22 goals allowed over nine games in January. He's now at an 18-8-2 record with a 2.56 GAA and a .915 save percentage over 28 appearances. The Flames' next game is an easier matchup at home Thursday versus the Ducks.

Jeremy Swayman G | BOS
Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Allows two hat tricks in loss
Swayman made 26 saves in a 7-2 loss to Buffalo on Tuesday.
He allowed six goals. Swayman surrendered hat tricks to both Tage Thompson and JJ Peterka, though the latter's final goal was scored on an empty net. Swayman is 3-6-1 in his last 10 starts, and he's never really found his game since his contract hold-out. His .895 save percentage and 3.03 GAA are the worst of his career. Bruins fans are raging online about that contract already being an albatross, but we're cutting him some slack. It's hard to get in the groove after missing training camp. Swayman may be available in keeper and dynasty leagues if his manager thinks the online chatter is real. This year is a blip.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen G | BUF
Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Eighth win in last 13 games
Luukkonen made 25 saves in a 7-2 win over Boston on Tuesday.
He allowed an even-strength goal to Mason Lohrei to open the game and then added a power-play goal by Brad Marchand. Luukkonen is on a roll -- he is 8-4-1 in his last 13 starts with a .906 save percentage. The Sabres sit last in the Eastern Conference with 43 points and a minus-15 goal differential. That's a better goal differential than the Bruins, who sport a minus-25. Except the Bruins sit in the first Wild Card spot. Luukkonen is a strong netminder. His value would go up even more with a bit of puck luck in the city of fires.

Logan Thompson G | WAS
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Defeats hometown team
Thompson stopped 32 of 33 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Flames.
Thompson has rattled off wins in six straight games and 11 straight starts -- his lone defeat in that span was an overtime loss in relief of Charlie Lindgren versus the Canadiens on Jan. 10. Thompson has allowed just five goals over his last six games, a span that includes his two shutouts so far this season. He's now 23-2-3 with a 2.05 GAA and a .927 save percentage over 28 appearances. The Capitals' next game is Thursday in Ottawa, but it's not yet clear if they'll double up starts for Thompson after doing the same for Lindgren to allow Thompson to start in his hometown Tuesday. In any case, Thompson has proven himself a quality option in fantasy whenever he's between the pipes.

Sam Montembeault G | MON
Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: Beaten by Winnipeg
Montembeault allowed three goals on 23 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to Winnipeg.
Montembeault was done in by the Jets' first line, which beat him three times. It was the second consecutive loss for Montembeault, who has gone eight starts without consecutive wins. He has a 3.40 GAA and an .889 save percentage during the stretch. Next up for Montreal is a home game against the Wild on Thursday.

Connor Hellebuyck G | WPG
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Strong effort in win
Hellebuyck stopped 24 of 25 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Canadiens.
Hellebuyck was caught flat-footed by Juraj Slafkovsky midway through the first period then shut the door. The goalie kicked off Winnipeg's three-game road trip with his third consecutive win and seventh in the last eight starts. Hellebuyck has allowed just 13 goals during that stretch. The effort improved his record to 31-7-2, lowered his GAA to 2.00 and improved his save percentage to .927. The Jets continue on the road Thursday night in Boston.

Philipp Grubauer G | SEA
Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Facing Ducks
Grubauer will protect the home goal versus the Ducks on Tuesday, Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network reports.
Unsurprisingly, Grubauer will get the second half of a back-to-back after Joey Daccord was in net for a 4-2 loss to the Oilers on Monday. This will be Grubauer's first action since Jan. 12 against the Red Wings, a game in which he was pulled after giving up three goals on four shots. Grubauer has lost five straight outings (0-4-1) while allowing 17 goals in that span.

Andrei Vasilevskiy G | TB
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Unavailable Tuesday
Vasilevskiy (illness) won't be in the lineup for Tuesday's home game against Chicago, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports.
Vasilevskiy will miss at least one game after sitting out Tuesday's morning skate. He has posted a 20-15-2 record with two shutouts, a 2.34 GAA and a .915 save percentage across 37 appearances this season. Jonas Johansson will start against the Blackhawks, and Kyle Konin will dress as the emergency backup.
