  • Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Guarding goal Saturday

    Blackwood will start Saturday's road matchup against the Jets, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

    Blackwood has been a mixed bag since returning from the Olympic break, going 2-2-0 in five appearances while allowing 14 goals on 105 shots. He has posted a record of 18-7-1 this campaign with three shutouts, a 2.42 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 27 appearances. Winnipeg sits 23rd in the league with 2.83 goals per game this season.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Slated to face Colorado

    Hellebuyck is expected to start at home against Colorado on Saturday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

    Hellebuyck will attempt to get back into the win column after allowing eight goals on 50 shots (.840 save percentage) across his past two outings. He's 16-18-9 with a 2.80 GAA and an .899 save percentage in 43 appearances in 2025-26. Colorado is 8-2-0 while averaging 3.60 goals per game across its past 10 outings.

    Kraken's Bobby McMann: Good to play Saturday

    McMann (not injury related) is set to play against Vancouver on Saturday, per Sound of Hockey.

    McMann was acquired by Seattle from Toronto on March 6, but he's missed the Kraken's past three games while waiting for his visa paperwork to get approved. He has 19 goals and 32 points in 60 appearances in 2025-26. McMann is projected to serve on the top line alongside Matty Beniers and Jordan Eberle in his Kraken debut.

    Blackhawks' Wyatt Kaiser: Unavailable Saturday

    Kaiser (shoulder) won't play against Vegas on Saturday, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.

    Kaiser left Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over Utah late and participated in Saturday's morning skate, but he will miss at least one game. However, it sounds like he could return to the lineup against Minnesota on Tuesday. Kaiser has five goals, 12 points, 60 shots on net, 53 blocked shots and 37 hits in 61 appearances this season.

    Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Slated to face Chicago

    Hill is expected to start at home against Chicago on Saturday, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

    Hill is poised to make his fourth straight start after going 1-2-0 with a 2.37 GAA and an .883 save percentage across his past three outings. He's 7-6-3 with a 3.24 GAA and an .864 save percentage in 18 appearances this campaign. Chicago has earned back-to-back 3-2 overtime victories over Utah to improve to 25-29-11 on the season.

  • Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Defending crease Saturday

    Tolopilo will protect the home net against Seattle on Saturday, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.

    Tolopilo is coming off a 16-save performance in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over Nashville. He has won his last two outings while making 36 saves on 42 shots. Tolopilo has a 5-5-2 record with a 3.21 GAA and an .896 save percentage in 14 NHL appearances this season. Seattle ranks 26th in the league with 2.80 goals per game in the 2025-26 campaign.

    Penguins' Kevin Hayes: Won't play Saturday

    Hayes (upper body) isn't expected to play Saturday versus Utah, per Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff.

    Hayes hasn't been in the lineup since March 3. He has three goals and five points in 25 appearances in 2025-26. There's no guarantee that Hayes will be put into the lineup when he's healthy.

  • Ryan Graves D | PIT

    Penguins' Ryan Graves: Moves to IR

    Graves (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

    After being sent to the minors Thursday for a conditioning stint, Graves appeared in AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's 4-2 loss to Hershey on Friday. It's unclear when he will be available to return to action. Graves has one goal, 19 shots on net, 35 blocked shots and 15 hits in 19 NHL appearances this season.

  • Penguins' Samuel Girard: Ruled out Saturday

    Girard (upper body) will miss Saturday's clash in Utah, Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff reports.

    Girard will miss his third straight game. The 27-year-old blueliner has yet to pick up a point in seven games with Pittsburgh after being acquired from Colorado on Feb. 24. He had three goals and nine assists in 40 games with the Avalanche before the trade. It's unclear if he will be ready to return Monday against his former teammates in Colorado.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Between pipes Saturday

    Swayman will defend the road net against Washington on Saturday, according to Tom Gulitti of NHL.com.

    Swayman is coming off a 24-save effort in a 4-2 loss to San Jose on Thursday. He has a 25-14-3 record this campaign with one shutout, a 2.79 GAA and a .905 save percentage across 43 appearances. Washington sits 16th in the league with 3.12 goals per game this season.
