  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Vintage performance Monday

Allen had six receptions (on 13 targets) for 82 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 30-12 loss to Minnesota. Allen bounced back from last week's dud against the 49ers (3-30-0) with a performance against the Vikings that was reminiscent of his dominant days with the Chargers. After a terribly slow start to the season, the veteran wideout has posted a 23-271-4 receiving line over his last four contests. Allen will attempt to keep his recent string of hot play going Week 16 against the Lions on Sunday.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Held to 30 yards Sunday

Allen (ankle) brought in three of five of targets for 30 receiving yards in Sunday's 38-13 loss to the 49ers. Allen overcame a minor ankle injury during the practice week in order to suit up for Sunday's eventual loss. The seasoned veteran posted vanilla numbers on the heels of his two most-productive games. Allen has underwhelmed in Chicago outside of the two aforementioned performances, averaging just 3.7 receptions and 34.7 yards in nine other games this season. Perhaps the 32-year-old has finally lost a step in his 12th year, or his down numbers could simply be the result of the Bears' overall ineptitude on offense. Whatever the case, Allen checks in as a middling fantasy option ahead of next Monday's road tilt against the Vikings.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Returns as full practice participant

Allen (ankle) was a full practice participant Thursday. Allen sat out Wednesday's practice due to the ankle issue, but his ability to take every rep a day later likely indicates that his absence to begin Week 14 prep was maintenance-related. Meanwhile, top wideout DJ Moore (quadricep) has sat out both of the Bears' practices this week, clouding his status for Sunday's game at San Francisco. If Moore's injury forces him to miss his first contest of the season, Allen would likely be in store for an expanded profile in Chicago's passing attack.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Fails to practice Wednesday

Allen didn't practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury. Allen was one of three key Bears skill-position players along with wideout DJ Moore (quadricep) and running back D'Andre Swift (quadricep) that didn't log any work to begin Week 14 prep. Allen rolled his ankle during a Nov. 22 practice, so his absence Wednesday may be maintenance-related. Still, his status will be monitored as the week goes on to determine whether his availability for Sunday's game at San Francisco may be in question.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Week 13 Adds (WR Preview)

Allen is averaging more than nine targets per game over his last five games, and in Week 12, it finally turned into Fantasy production. He's my third-favorite Bears wide receiver, but in a potential shootout against the Lions, he's still a fine No. 3 option. The floor seems to be eight or nine Fantasy points, and he now has two games on the season with more than 20.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Commands 15 targets

Allen recorded nine receptions on 15 targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 overtime loss to the Vikings. Allen earned a season-best 15 targets, his third-double digit target total of the campaign. Though he wasn't particularly efficient, he managed to top 45 receiving yards for the first time as a Bear, highlighted by a 40-yard catch and run midway through the first quarter. Allen also tallied his third touchdown of the season with 22 seconds remaining in the game to help set up a remarkable comeback that ultimately fell just short. While it was a positive performance, Allen's track record in Chicago suggests he may not replicate it any time soon.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Active Sunday

Allen (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Allen rolled his ankle in practice Friday, and afterward he relayed to Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times that he was dealing with some stiffness. He subsequently was listed as questionable for Week 12 action, but both the wide receiver and coach Matt Eberflus (via Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com) expressed optimism that he'd be able to suit up. Indeed, that has come pass, and Allen now will be taking on a Vikings pass defense Sunday that ranks 28th in the NFL versus the pass (234.8 yards per game).

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Looking good for Sunday

Allen (ankle) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, but the Bears are confident he'll be able to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Allen made an early exit from Friday's practice after rolling his ankle, but both he and head coach Matt Eberflus expressed optimism afterward that the wideout would be ready to go for Sunday. With nothing seemingly changing on that front in the day following the Bears' last Week 12 practice, Allen should be formally cleared to play when Chicago releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Since finding the end zone twice in the Bears' Week 6 demolition of the Jaguars, Allen has been held scoreless in the four games following the team's Week 7 bye, turning in a 15-160-0 receiving line on 31 targets during that stretch.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Optimism for Sunday

Head coach Matt Eberflus said Allen rolled his ankle at Friday's practice, leaving him questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, but the Bears are "hopeful" the wide receiver will be able to suit up, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports. After Allen got injured, the Bears pulled him halfway through Friday's session. Allen told Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times after practice that his ankle has some stiffness, but he also expects to be able to go this weekend. Ultimately, Allen's availability will be confirmed, one way or another, about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Questionable due to ankle injury

Allen (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Allen popped up on the injury report as a limited participant in practice Friday. The late-week timing of the injury is concerning, but the veteran wide receiver's status likely won't be clarified until close to 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. When he's healthy, Allen has been outproduced by DJ Moore and Rome Odunze recently in a Bears passing game that hasn't produced a touchdown since Week 6.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: WRs to Sit

D.J. Moore and Rome Odunze benefitted with Thomas Brown taking over as the offensive coordinator for the Bears in Week 11 against Green Bay, but Allen once again struggled. He had four catches for 41 yards on eight targets, and he can't be trusted in Week 12 against the Vikings. Even though Minnesota is No. 3 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, that should benefit Moore and Odunze, who both scored at least 12.5 PPR points against Green Bay. Allen has scored double digits in PPR just once, which was Week 6 against Jacksonville. He's only worth starting as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in deep leagues.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Can't get going with seven targets

Allen recorded two receptions on seven targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 18-15 loss to the Commanders. Allen led the team with seven targets -- his highest mark since Week 1 -- a particularly notable total given that Caleb Williams took to the air only 24 times. His stat line left plenty to be desired, though he did manage a key 22-yard reception late in the fourth quarter to set up a go-ahead touchdown. Despite some reasons for optimism, Allen has yet to record more than 41 receiving yards in a game this season.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Sleeper WRs

The last time we saw Allen in Week 6 against Jacksonville in London, he scored a season-high 21.1 PPR points with five catches for 41 yards and two touchdowns on five targets. Hopefully, that's the start of a big finish for Allen coming off Chicago's bye in Week 7, and he has a great matchup in Week 8 at Washington. The Commanders are No. 7 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, so consider D.J. Moore a must-start receiver and Allen a No. 3 option in most leagues. And Rome Odunze can be a flier in deeper formats.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Breakout effort in London win

Allen brought in all five targets for 41 yards and two touchdowns in the Bears' 35-16 win over the Jaguars on Sunday in London. The veteran wideout finally had his first truly productive showing in a Bears uniform, with Allen securing touchdown grabs of nine and three yards in the third and fourth quarters, respectively. Allen finished tied with Cole Kmet for the team lead in receptions and second to his teammate in receiving yards while posting season-high totals in both categories. Allen's fantasy value is still likely to be capped on the weeks he doesn't get into the end zone, but Sunday's performance at least affords him some much-needed momentum heading into a Week 7 bye.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Just three catches again

Allen caught three of six targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 36-10 win over the Panthers. Allen set a season high in receiving yards, but he has yet to post a breakout performance with the Bears. A two-game absence due to a heel injury contributed to his slow start, so at least Allen appears healthy after suiting up for each of Chicago's last two games. The veteran wide receiver has a nice opportunity to get on track in a Week 6 London matchup against a weak Jacksonville secondary.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: WRs to Sit

D.J. Moore is the only Bears receiver to trust in Week 5 against Carolina, and he gets a revenge game against his former team. Allen has to show he can co-exist in this crowded receiving corps for the Bears and connect with Caleb Williams consistently. The two have played just two games together this season, but Allen only has seven catches for 48 yards and no touchdowns on 14 targets. I'm hopeful better days are ahead for Allen, but he's just a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in most leagues for Week 5.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Three grabs in return

Allen brought in all three targets for 19 yards in the Bears' 24-18 win over the Rams on Sunday. Making his return from a two-game absence due to a heel injury, Allen was a complementary piece of the passing attack on a day when Caleb Williams threw for only 157 yards and a touchdown. Despite the modest numbers Sunday, fantasy managers can take some solace in the fact DJ Moore and Rome Odunze, Allen's fellow wideouts, combined for just four catches and 32 receiving yards in their own right. Allen could have a larger role in a favorable Week 5 home matchup against the Panthers.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Plans to play in Week 4

Allen (heel), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Rams, is planning on playing, per NFL Insider Jordan Schultz. Allen was reportedly already expected to give it a go in Week 4 after missing the Bears' last two contests due to a heel injury, but head coach Matt Eberflus confirmed Saturday that the plan is for the wide receiver to play. The 32-year-old caught four of 11 targets for 29 yards in Week 1 versus the Titans, and he'll look to build off of that against Los Angeles.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Listed as questionable after FP

Allen (heel) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams after upgrading to full practice participation Friday. Players that finish the week as full participants almost always play, but Allen's case remains worth monitoring given that his heel problems date back to last season and may be a lingering theme this year. He caught four of 11 targets for 29 yards in a Week 1 win over the Titans before aggravating his injury in the fourth quarter and missing the next two games. If Allen avoids the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, his presence will lower volume projections for all of Chicago's other pass catchers while knocking DeAndre Carter out of his spot in three-wide sets. Fellow wideout Rome Odunze has avoided a designation on the final injury report after a hip issue limited his practice participation Thursday.

  • Bears' Keenan Allen: Another limited showing

Allen (heel) practiced on a limited basis Thursday. Allen played through a heel issue Week 1 against the Titans en route to four catches (on 11 targets) for 29 yards. He then was held out of all drills during prep for Weeks 2 and 3 before returning to practice Wednesday. With consecutive capped sessions in his back pocket this week, Allen seems to be putting himself in a position to suit up again Sunday versus the Rams, but Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation. Meanwhile, rookie WR Rome Odunze (hip) showed up on Thursday's report as a limited participant, adding another question mark to the Bears' receiving corps.
