  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Four TDs in TNF win

Jackson completed 25 of 33 passes for 290 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed seven times for 33 yards in the Ravens' 35-34 win over the Bengals on Thursday night. He also recorded a two-point conversion run. Jackson averaged an elevated 8.8 yards per attempt and finished the game with a QB rating of 141.4, underscoring how efficient he was throughout the high-scoring victory. The veteran signal-caller extended his interception-less streak to four games as well, and his quartet of touchdown passes went to Nelson Agholor (six yards), Tylan Wallace (84 yards), Mark Andrews (18 yards) and Rashod Bateman (five yards). The final scoring strike snapped a 28-28 tie with 1:49 remaining, and it pushed Jackson to an elite 14:0 TD:INT over his last four contests. The 2018 first-round pick now has three games with at least four TD passes, affording him no shortage of momentum heading into a Week 11 AFC North road showdown against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 17.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Avoids injury designation

Jackson (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Bengals. The Ravens listed Jackson as a non-participant Tuesday before he upgraded to full practice activity Wednesday. Head coach John Harbaugh recently said the Ravens may limit Jackson's practice reps but don't have any concern about minor knee and back injuries leading to the quarterback missing games. Jackson gets a favorable Week 10 matchup with a Bengals defense that he racked up 348 passing yards and four touchdowns against in a 41-38 overtime victory in Week 5.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Misses practice, but should play

Jackson didn't participate in Tuesday's practice due to a knee injury. In Week 9, Jackson sat out practices Wednesday and Thursday with knee and back injuries, but he put in a full practice Friday before lighting up the Broncos in Sunday's 41-10 win. Though he was removed early amid the blowout and finished with his fewest carries of the season (three) while throwing just 19 passes, Jackson is apparently still bothered by the knee issue coming off the light workload. Tuesday represents the Ravens' only full practice of the week prior to Thursday's game against the Bengals, but head coach John Harbaugh suggested that Jackson is in no danger of missing the Week 10 contest, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Perfect passer rating in rout

Jackson completed 16 of 19 passes for 280 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 41-10 win over the Broncos. For the first time all season, Jackson failed to run for double-digit yardage as he gained only four yards on three carries, but he hardly needed to during a game in which the Ravens never trailed. He was nearly flawless with his arm though, posting a perfect QB rating of 158.3 as he hit Zay Flowers for a pair of second-quarter scores before adding a three-yard TD to Patrick Ricard late in the third. Jackson has a stellar 15:1 TD:INT over the last five games, reaching 280 passing yards in all five contests, and his impressive streak figures to continue in Week 10 against a Bengals defense he already lit up for 348 yards and four touchdowns in their first meeting.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Cleared to face Broncos

Jackson (back/knee) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Broncos after logging a full practice Friday. Jackson was listed as a non-participant both Wednesday and Thursday, but the star QB is good to go for Sunday's game after working fully Friday and looking good in doing so, as coach John Harbaugh told Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Jackson noted Friday that his status for the contest was never in doubt and that his missed practices were simply a case of resting his body ahead of Week 9 action.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Back at practice

Jackson (back/knee) returned to practice Friday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Following back-to-back DNPs, Jackson's return to the field for Friday's session is a good sign regarding the star QB's availability for Sunday's game against the Broncos. The Ravens' upcoming injury report will clarify Jackson's official participation level, as well as his Week 9 game status.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Listed with pair of minor injuries

Jackson was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to back and knee injuries. Earlier Wednesday, head coach John Harbaugh attributed Jackson's absence from practice to rest, but after the team's first Week 9 injury report was released, the quarterback was revealed to be nursing a pair of injuries. Regardless, the Ravens haven't indicated that Jackson is dealing with anything serious, and Harbaugh's comments in particular suggest that the team isn't worried about Jackson missing a home game against the Broncos this Sunday.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Gets rest day Wednesday

Head coach John Harbaugh said that Jackson didn't participate in Wednesday's practice while getting a rest day. Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com previously suggested that Jackson seemed to be dealing with a little discomfort with his groin or abdomen coming out of this past Sunday's loss to the Browns, but the quarterback's absence from Wednesday's practice was evidently not injury-related.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: May have core-muscle injury

Jackson wasn't at the media-access portion of Wednesday's practice, and he may be dealing with a groin or core-muscle injury, according to Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com. Shaffer notes that Jackson seemed to have some discomfort in his groin or abdomen following Sunday's 29-24 loss at Cleveland. The Ravens will release their first Week 9 injury report later Wednesday, when it will become known whether Jackson missed practice entirely or ended up being a limited participant.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Strong effort in loss

Jackson completed 23 of 38 passes for 289 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 29-24 loss to the Browns. He added eight rushes for 46 yards. The Ravens suffered a surprising loss, though Jackson continued his excellent season and could have had a better day if he had not been let down by his pass catchers. He delivered six completions of at least 20 yards and should have had another on a deep attempt to Rashod Bateman in the middle of the fourth quarter that bounced off the receiver's chest. Jackson also added touchdown passes of 11 and seven yards to tally his fourth multi-touchdown passing performance in his last five starts. As usual, Jackson supplemented his production with his arm via rushing yardage, as he continued his streak of reaching 40 yards with his legs in every game this season.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Top DFS Play

The only way I could see Jackson having a bad day against this defense is if Derrick Henry scores four touchdowns. He might, but maybe you just play one cash game lineup with Jackson and one with Henry. Jackson is averaging 291 yards per game against some of the toughest defenses in the NFL. This will be a welcome break in terms of defensive opponent, but I do expect the Bengals to score enough to keep pressure on him. So does Vegas, as this game has the highest total on the slate.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Goes for 200+ yards and three TDs

Jackson completed 13 of 18 pass attempts for 156 yards and two touchdowns while adding 54 rushing yards and another score on six attempts in Sunday's 35-10 win over the Bills. Jackson turned in a signature performance in which he revitalized the Ravens' contender status after a decisive victory over the now 3-1 Bills on Sunday Night Football. Last year's MVP looked the part with his first three-touchdown effort of the current season. The 27-year-old did cough up his second fumble of the season, but he has offset three total turnovers with seven combined touchdowns (two rushing) through four weeks. Jackson and the Ravens will set their sights on another division rival, the Joe Burrow-led Cincinnati Bengals, when the two teams meet in Week 5.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Two TDs against Dallas

Jackson completed 12 of 15 passes for 182 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 28-25 win over the Cowboys. He added 14 rushes for 87 yards and a touchdown. Jackson and the Ravens scored three touchdowns on their five drives in the first half, during which he accounted for 161 of his passing yards. However, his efficiency ultimately worked against his ability to put up a big stat line, as Baltimore was up by multiple scores for the vast majority of the game. Jackson's aggressiveness on the ground offset some of his lack of passing volume, and he now has 254 rushing yards in three games. While still early in the season, that puts him on pace to record his first 1,000 rushing-yard season since 2020.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Top DFS Play

Jackson is my highest-projected QB on the slate in a game that has the second-highest over/under on the main slate. The Cowboys were just lit up through the air by Derek Carr and gave up 7.8 yards per carry to Deshaun Watson in Week 1. I expect both teams to score a bunch of points, which makes this more of a Jackson game than a Derrick Henry game. The first two weeks of the season, he's averaged 343.5 combined passing and rushing yards per game.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not on injury report

Jackson (undisclosed) was not listed on the Ravens' first Week 2 injury report released Wednesday. Per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Jackson said that he was healthy enough to take part in Monday's unofficial practice, but the Ravens instead elected to give the quarterback some rest after he was reportedly dealing with some soreness in the aftermath of last Thursday's 27-20 loss to the Chiefs. With Jackson not appearing on the Week 2 injury report, he's officially in the clear to direct the Baltimore offense this Sunday versus the Raiders.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Returns to practice

Jackson (undisclosed) was spotted practicing Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Jackson was held out of practice Monday after a 27-20 loss to the Chiefs on Thursday, and while he may be listed on the Week 2 injury report, his presence on the field Wednesday suggests that he'll be ready to play this Sunday against the Raiders. He played every snap in the season opener, piling up 273 passing yards and 122 rushing yards against the Kansas City defense.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Expected to be fine for Week 2

Jackson is a "little bit sore" but is fully expected to be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports. After suffering a 27-20 loss to the Chiefs last Thursday in Week 1, the Ravens reconvened for an unofficial practice session Monday, but Jackson didn't participate. Due to the longer turnaround the Ravens will face for Week 2, Jackson's absence Monday looks to be mostly maintenance-related, as the coaching staff likely just wanted to give his body some more recovery time after he carried the ball 16 times in the season opener. The Ravens will release their first Week 2 practice report Wednesday, and Jackson will most likely be listed as a full participant, if he's even included on the report at all.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Doesn't practice Monday

Jackson did not participate in Monday's practice, and coach John Harbaugh declined to state a reason for the star quarterback's absence, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports. Harbaugh joked that the "injury report comes out Wednesday afternoon," so it sounds like an official update on Jackson's status won't arrive until then. Jackson didn't appear to sustain any injuries during last Thursday's season-opening loss to the Chiefs, meaning his absence from practice Monday may have been personal. Barring any further updates, it seems like the expectation should be that Jackson will be in attendance at Wednesday's practice.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not playing in preseason finale

Jackson is not in line to play in Saturday's preseason finale against the Packers, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. As a result, Jackson's next game action will occur Week 1 against the Chiefs on Thursday, Sept. 5. While the Ravens' franchise QB won't see any exhibition snaps, he will at least have an opportunity to compete against an opposing defense during Thursday's joint practice in Green Bay. As the coming campaign approaches, the 27-year-old is on track to maintain his status as a top-level fantasy QB, provided he can stay healthy.

  • Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Won't play Friday

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Jackson won't suit up for Friday's preseason opener against the Eagles, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports. Harbaugh said that Josh Johnson will play Friday, and that Baltimore's starters will see action in the preseason, per Giana Han of TheBaltimoreBanner.com, just not versus Philadelphia. With two more exhibitions on deck after Friday, it's possible the bulk of the preseason action for the Ravens' first-team units could come in the team's final contest Aug. 24 versus Green Bay. Jackson missed a number of practices due to illness early in training camp but has been fully healthy since July 27.
