Hill has three games with at least 11.5 PPR Fantasy points and he scored 8.2 last week. That's not great by any stretch, but it's not bad on a week that six teams are on bye. Hill is only an option in full PPR leagues.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Gets more involved Sunday
Rotowire
Hill caught four of seven targets for 28 yards and added two carries for 13 yards Sunday against the Steelers.
This was the most involved Hill has been in the game plan in some time as he drew seven targets and played the same number of snaps (30) as Derrick Henry. The seven targets were one behind his season high of eight in the season-opening loss against the Chiefs. Henry struggled to get much going on the ground other than his 31-yard run, and Pittsburgh's lively pass rush opened the door for Hill to get some work in the short passing game. Hill nearly came down with a massive catch up the sideline, but it was ripped away and intercepted by rookie linebacker Payton Wilson. Hill's lack of effectiveness despite the increased opportunities was a disappointing result for him, though he should remain the No.2 option behind Henry given that the team does not appear ready to give Keaton Mitchell significant snaps yet.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Two carries Thursday
Rotowire
Hill, who logged 22 of a possible 63 snaps on offense in Thursday's 35-34 win over the Bengals, carried twice for minus-2 yards and caught both of his targets for zero yards in the contest, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Meanwhile, lead back Derrick Henry recorded 39 snaps and 16 carries, while Keaton Mitchell was on the field for just two snaps on offense in his return to action from a lengthy layoff Thursday. While working in a change-of-pace role, Hill has been a hit-or-miss fantasy option this season, and with Mitchell back in the mix, Hill's best chance to make a mark going forward will occur in games where Baltimore's running backs are called upon to be more active in the passing game.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 10 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
As we've said many times throughout the season, you'll never know when to use Hill, but he can be a PPR flex in deeper leagues. He scored at least 8.8 PPR points in two of his past three games, but he also has four games this season with 5.2 PPR points or less. In PPR, Hill is worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB. We also have to see what happens with Hill once Keaton Mitchell (14 percent rostered) is active, which could be this week. Mitchell could end up being the handcuff for Derrick Henry, so you can add Mitchell in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 10 Adds (RB Preview)
Rotowire
Hill has a good matchup in what should be a high-scoring island game. You can probably expect somewhere around eight PPR Fantasy points if he doesn't get into the end zone.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Three grabs in Sunday's rout
Rotowire
Hill carried the ball five times for 15 yards and caught all three of his targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 41-10 win over the Broncos.
The 58 scrimmage yards were Hill's largest total since Week 4, when he posted a 6-78-1 line on six targets against the Bills. It was a good time for Hill to produce decent numbers, as Keaton Mitchell (knee) is getting close to making his season debut and could push for the No. 2 job in the Ravens' backfield. Neither RB is likely to see a big workload as long as Derrick Henry is healthy, however.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Sleeper RBs
Rotowire
This could be an interesting game for Hill since the Broncos are No. 5 in most receptions allowed to running backs. In the past two games against New Orleans and Carolina, Denver has allowed eight receptions to the Saints backfield and nine receptions to the Panthers backfield. Hill has three games this season with at least 11.5 PPR points, and in each of those outings, he has caught at least three passes. Hill is worth using as a flex in PPR.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 9 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
The up-and-down season continued for Hill in Week 8 at Cleveland when he had 2.9 PPR points. This was after he scored 13.8 PPR points in Week 7 at Tampa Bay, which was his third game this season with at least 11.5 PPR points, but he has also scored 7.4 PPR points in his five other outings. In Week 9, Hill could be more involved if Derrick Henry struggles to some degree to run against the Broncos. You can use Hill as a flex in deeper leagues, and he's worth adding in PPR for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 9 Adds (RB Preview)
Rotowire
The Broncos have been very good against running backs on the ground, but they're allowing 5.5 receptions per game to the position. If Baltimore struggles to run, this could turn into a Justice Hill game. He's a fine flex.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Little usage Sunday
Rotowire
Hill had two carries for five yards and added a 14-yard reception Sunday against the Browns.
Hill played one of his higher snap shares of the season but didn't make much of an impact in the box score with three total touches for 19 yards. The common theme of Hill's useful fantasy games this season has been target volume. In the five games in which Hill had fewer than three targets, he has averaged 4.08 PPR points. Additionally, it's difficult to predict the game scripts where the running backs will be active in the passing game. Baltimore hosts a tough Denver defense in Week 9.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Finds end zone in win
Rotowire
Hill carried five times for four yards while catching all three of his targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers.
Hill found little success on the ground, but he brought through as a receiver for his second touchdown of the season. Meanwhile, lead back Derrick Henry continued to dominate as a rusher. Despite seeing his role shrink as the season has progressed, the 26-year-old Hill retains a bit of stand-alone value as the No. 2 running back on a strong offense. However, barring an injury to Henry, Hill remains difficult to count on for consistent weekly production.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 8 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
You'll never know when to play Hill when Derrick Henry is healthy, but Hill scored 13.8 PPR points in Week 7 at Tampa Bay and now has at least 11.5 PPR points in three of seven games this season. He's better in PPR than any other format, and he could be a lottery ticket should something happen to Henry. If you can afford to roster Hill in PPR then he's worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Role continues to shrink
Rotowire
Hill had one carry for two yards and reeled in a two-yard reception on his lone target Sunday against the Commanders.
Hill's involvement was limited Sunday, as he played just 38 percent of the snaps and was not a big part of the scheme with just two total opportunities. Early in the season, Hill was at least reliably drawing targets even if he wasn't seeing many carries. That appears to have dried up, as he has just two catches for 10 yards over the last two games. Baltimore heads to Tampa Bay in Week 7.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Sleeper RBs
Rotowire
The Commanders have already allowed two running backs to catch at least five passes in a game this season, and Hill could be useful this week if Baltimore and Washington get into a shootout. Hill has two games this season with six receptions, and I like him as a flex option in PPR.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 5 Adds (RB Preview)
Rotowire
Hill was the top add in this space last week and finished the week as RB8 against the Buffalo Bills. He's still available in more than half of leagues and has a fantastic matchup against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Five different running backs have scored double-digit Fantasy points against this defense in four weeks, I would expect that number to be seven by the time Derrick Henry and Hill are finished.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Leading receiver on SNF
Rotowire
Hill rushed four times for 18 yards and caught all six of his targets for 78 yards and a receiving touchdown in Sunday's 35-10 win over the Bills.
Hill finished as the Ravens' leading receiver on a night dominated by Baltimore's rushers. The electric backup continued to generate hype with his biggest output of the season. Most of Hill's damage was done running routes Sunday, most notably on a 19-yard touchdown grab in the second half where he shook his assignment before hitting the open field for his first score of the campaign. Starter Derrick Henry stole the show with a 24-199-1 rushing line, but Hill still provided Flex value with 96 yards and a score on just 10 touches. Even if there isn't room in your starting lineup, it wouldn't be a bad idea to stash Hill on the bench if he is still out there ahead of Week 5's tilt against Cincinnati.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Sleeper RBs
Rotowire
This should be a good game script for Hill if the Bills and Ravens turns into a track meet, especially if Baltimore is chasing points. The expected point total for this game is 46.5, and I like Hill's role in the passing game against Buffalo. The Bills are No. 4 in most receptions allowed to running backs, and they've allowed at least 5.7 PPR points to three running backs this season on just receiving totals alone. Hill is a good flex option in PPR this week.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 4 Waiver Priority List
Rotowire
In games where the Ravens are chasing points, Hill will be a factor in the passing game, which could happen in Week 4 against Buffalo. In Week 1 at Kansas City, Hill had six catches for 52 yards on eight targets, along with one carry for 3 yards. In two games since, Hill has combined for nine carries for 55 yards and four catches for 31 yards on four targets. I like him as a flex against the Bills, and he's worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB in PPR.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Week 4 Adds (RB Preview)
Rotowire
It is not a great week for running back starters on the waiver wire this week, but Hill could be a good flex. This game with the Bills could easily turn into a shootout, and if the Ravens play from behind, Hill could outsnap Derrick Henry again. He scored 11.5 PPR Fantasy points in Week 1 against the Chiefs, and the Bills have allowed the fourth-most targets to opposing running backs.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Efficient in win
Rotowire
Hill had five carries for 33 yards and added a pair of receptions for 21 yards on two targets Sunday against the Cowboys.
It was a season-low in snap share for Hill but he was still effective when called upon by averaging 6.6 yards per carry and 10.5 yards per target. Hill's diminished playing time likely had to do with Baltimore's run-heavy approach that leaned on Derrick Henry. Hill is still Baltimore's best pass-catching back but his week-to-week projection is volatile. He had eight targets in the first game and has four total targets over the last two games. It will be worth monitoring whether Baltimore sticks with such a run-first approach Sunday against Buffalo.
