Jeremiah Franklin: Cut from Miami practice squad
The Dolphins cut Franklin from the practice squad Tuesday.
The Dolphins waived Franklin during Sunday's cut-down day. The tight end cleared waivers and joined the team's practice squad Monday before being cut Tuesday. The undrafted free agent out of Boston College has had a complicated few days, but will ultimately need to find a new job. Franklin originally signed with the Patriots in late July, so there is a chance he could return to New England for a shot at the team's practice squad.
