Winston Wright: Cut by Cleveland

Wright was waived by the Browns on Sunday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Wright signed with Cleveland on July 25 after not being selected in the 2025 NFL Draft, but he may now be looking for another opportunity elsewhere. The wide receiver will now be placed on waivers, and if he goes unclaimed, it's certainly possible he returns to the Browns as a member of their practice squad.
