Nailor had his first reception in two games as he's a distant fourth option in the passing game. He's still getting plenty of playing time as the third receiver, however, as he played on 41 of the offense's 77 snaps. He has just five receptions in his last seven games.

Vikings' Cam Akers: Scores TD in win
Akers had 10 carries for 24 yards, including a one-yard touchdown, in Monday's win over Chicago.
Akers got significant work behind Aaron Jones, playing on 21 of the offense's 77 snaps. Jones had 18 carries and two receptions while playing 47 snaps. Akers should continue to get about a third of the snaps to keep Jones fresh.

Metellus led the team in tackles, reaching 10 takedowns for the second time in three weeks as the Vikings extended their winning streak to seven games in a row. The cornerback has now compiled 88 total tackles (55 solo), four passes defensed, including two interceptions, and a forced fumble over 14 games in 2024.

Vikings' Jonathan Greenard: Major impact in Week 15
Greenard recorded six total tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also forcing a fumble in Monday's 30-12 win over the Bears.
Greenard didn't wait long to make his mark in Week 15, recording a strip-sack of Caleb Williams in the first quarter. Teammate Blake Cashman recovered the fumble, while the sack was Greenard's 11th of the year. Greenard has now compiled 49 total tackles (34 solo), including the 11.0 sacks, and also added four forced fumbles and two passes defensed over 14 games in his first season with Minnesota.

Vikings' Jalen Redmond: In concussion protocol
Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said Tuesday that Redmond (concussion) is in the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
Redmond notched two tackles (one solo) while playing 41 percent of defensive snaps during Monday's 30-12 win over the Bears, but it appears that he sustained a concussion in the process. The rotational defensive lineman will now need to fully clear the NFL's concussion protocol before being eligible to return to game action, making his status uncertain for Sunday's road matchup against Seattle.

Vikings' Brian O'Neill: Expected to be available Week 16
Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said Tuesday that O'Neill (knee) is "sore" after Monday's 30-12 win over the Bears, but that he's trending in the right direction to play Sunday at Seattle, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
O'Connell said O'Neill "should be able to work through the week" en route to Sunday's road matchup against the Seahawks. The starting right tackle was forced out of the first half of Monday's divisional win, but he managed to return after Minnesota's first series of the second half with a brace on his knee, Dave Mitzutani of the Twin Cities Pioneer Press reports.

Vikings' Will Reichard: Perfect in blowout win
Reichard made all three of his field-goal tries and converted all three of his extra-point attempts during Monday's 30-12 win versus the Bears.
Reichard seemed to find a rhythm after hitting a 52-yarder on Minnesota's first drive of the game, bouncing back in a big way after struggling during his prior two appearances. He'll be looking to keep up the positive momentum in Week 16 when the Vikings travel to take on Seattle.

Sherfield was on the field for 12 of the Vikings' 77 offensive snaps and recorded a six-yard catch on his lone target in Monday's 30-12 win over the Bears.
The reception was Sherfield's first since Week 11, as the 28-year-old has been active for each of the Vikings' ensuing four games but has seen limited snaps on offense while primarily contributing on Minnesota's special-teams units. For the season, Sherfield has produced an 8-83-1 receiving line on nine targets over 14 games.
