Trivino has bounced around with three teams in 2025, but he's settled in with the Phillies nicely thus far. Through his first 6.2 innings with Philadelphia, the veteran right-hander has a 1.35 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 4:3 K:BB. Trivino may not be able to work his way into the high-leverage picture consistently, but he offers Philly's revamped bullpen another arm with late-inning experience.

The Phillies selected Trivino's contract from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday. The right-hander joined Philly on a minor-league deal in early August and will now get a look in the majors. Trivino has a 4.42 ERA and 1.37 WHIP across 38.2 innings between the Giants and Dodgers this year and went without allowing an earned run in six outings with Lehigh Valley.

The 33-year-old righty reliever will move on to his third organization of the season following stops with the Giants and Dodgers. He saw extended action in the majors with both clubs but failed to hold down a high-leverage role after amassing a 4.42 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 29:13 K:BB in 38.2 innings between the two teams. Trivino is expected to begin his time in the Philadelphia organization at Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
