Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Another pair of RBI
Olson went 2-for-4 with a two-run double and another two-bagger in a loss to the Royals on Monday.
Olson erased an early 1-0 deficit with his first-inning double that plated both Ramon Laureano and Marcus Semien. The 25-year-old has been a terror with men on base in September, driving in 17 runs on the strength of 13 extra-base hits (six doubles, seven home runs).

Astros' Yuli Gurriel: Smacks 29th home run
Gurriel went 2-for-4 with a home run, an RBI and two runs scored in the Astros' 12-3 win over the Royals on Sunday.
Gurriel finally got going Sunday in his third game back from a brief hamstring injury. He had gone 1-for-10 in his return from the absence, and it was only a matter of time before he got his bat going again. Gurriel is slashing .303/.347/.543 with a career-best 28 home runs and 99 RBI across 577 plate appearances. He figures to draw the start once again at first base when the Astros take on the Rangers on Tuesday in Houston.

The 28-year-old has gone 7-for-15 with a pair of homers, four walks and six RBI over his last four games. He is slashing .282/.394/.499 with 21 long balls and 61 runs batted in overall this season.

Blue Jays' Vladimir Guerrero Jr.: Day off Sunday
Guerrero will sit Sunday against the Yankees.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Homers for third straight game
Olson went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Rangers.
Olson's power surge continued, as he's gone yard in three straight games and has five homers in his last five games. The first baseman has accumulated 10 RBI and seven runs scored in that span. For the year, Olson is up to .273/.356/.564 with 34 homers, 83 RBI and 68 runs scored in 114 games. He needs just one more RBI to match his total from last season, when he played in all 162 games.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Leaves yard again
Olson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a win over the Rangers on Friday.
Olson squared up on a first-inning Brock Burke offering and sent it 395 feet into right center to open the scoring on the night. Despite a strong overall second half of the season, Olson's power production had been somewhat modest by his standards since the calendar flipped to August (seven home runs across 149 plate appearances between Aug. 1 and Sept. 9), but he's making up for that relative dry spell with four round trippers over his last four games.

Rowdy Tellez 1B | ATL
Blue Jays' Rowdy Tellez: Sits against Paxton
Tellez is not in Saturday's lineup against the Yankees, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
He was pulled from Friday's game for not hustling, but Matheson reports that Tellez's absence from Saturday's lineup is due to the fact that lefty James Paxton is on the hill for New York. Justin Smoak is starting at first base and batting sixth.
