Yandy Diaz 1B | TB
Rays' Yandy Diaz: Gets rest Thursday
Diaz is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Orioles, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
Diaz had started in each of the Rays' first six contests out of the All-Star break, so he's likely receiving a routine breather Thursday while Tampa Bay closes out its series in Baltimore with a game that begins at 12:35 p.m. ET. Isaac Paredes will fill in at third base for Diaz, who went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Wednesday's 6-4 win.

Rowdy Tellez 1B | ATL
Brewers' Rowdy Tellez: Powers Milwaukee to victory
Tellez went 2-for-4 with a walk, two home runs and six RBI in Wednesday's 10-4 win over the Twins.
The slugging first baseman launched a pair of three-run blasts, one off Chris Archer in the first inning and the second off Jharel Cotton in the fourth to carry the Brewers to their fifth win in six games coming out of the All-Star break. Tellez is batting only .182 (14-for-77) in July, but he's connected on five of his 20 homers on the year while driving in 16 of his 64 runs.

Luke Raley RF | SEA
Rays' Luke Raley: Slugs first homer
Raley went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Wednesday against the Orioles.
Raley has started five consecutive games, and he's managed to collect a hit in four of them. On Wednesday, he took Tyler Wells yard in the second inning to record his first homer of the season and third of his career. Raley should continue to get regular run thanks to the depleted Rays' outfield, and in a very small sample, he's shown the ability to take advantage.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Braves' Matt Olson: Stays hot
Olson went 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run Wednesday against the Phillies.
Olson accounted for Atlanta's only offense by going yard in the sixth inning to tally his 20th homer of the season. He has gone deep seven times in his last 12 starts, also collecting 17 RBI and nine runs scored in that span. Overall, he owns a .252/.339/.499 across 439 plate appearances on the season.

Pete Alonso 1B | BAL
Mets' Pete Alonso: Opens scoring Wednesday
Alonso went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Yankees.
Alonso extended his hitting streak to six games quickly, hitting a leadoff blast in the second inning to open the scoring. In that span, he's gone 11-for-20 (.550) with two home runs, three doubles, seven RBI and five runs scored. The All-Star first baseman is slashing .281/.357/.547 with 26 homers, 84 RBI, 55 runs, two stolen bases and 18 doubles through 97 contests overall.

Bobby Dalbec 1B | CHW
Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec: Goes yard twice
Dalbec went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs and five RBI in Wednesday's 7-6 loss to the Guardians.
Dalbec hit two-run blasts in the second and sixth innings and added a sacrifice fly in the fourth. The 27-year-old did all of his damage against Guardians starter Cal Quantrill. With five homers in 19 games in July, the power is not the question with Dalbec. He's also hit safely in only four of his last 14 games. The infielder owns a .206/.279/.370 slash line with 10 homers, 28 RBI, 29 runs scored and two stolen bases through 272 plate appearances. Dalbec is likely to hold down a near-everyday role at third base until Rafael Devers (hamstring) returns from the injured list.

Josh Naylor 1B | SEA
Guardians' Josh Naylor: Hits game-winning homer
Naylor went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 7-6 win over the Red Sox.
Naylor was on his way to a rather unimpressive game, but he flipped the narrative with a go-ahead solo shot in the top of the ninth inning. Emmanuel Clase was able to protect the one-run lead from there. Since the All-Star break, Naylor has gone 9-for-28 (.321) with three extra-base hits and six RBI. The first baseman is slashing a steady .279/.330/.506 with 14 homers, 53 RBI, 32 runs scored and two stolen bases across 276 plate appearances in a breakout season.

During the hot stretch, he's hitting .457 (16-for-35) with a homer and four doubles. The superstar slugger is up to a .282/.353/.499 slash line with 21 long balls, 62 RBI, 56 runs scored and 18 doubles in 97 contests this year.

Ty France 1B | SD
Mariners' Ty France: Managing left wrist issue
France isn't starting Wednesday against the Rangers after tweaking his left wrist on a swing Tuesday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.
France's injury isn't related to the elbow sprain that he dealt with last month, but he'll be out of the lineup for at least one game since the Mariners are playing a day game ahead of a lengthy flight to Houston. Manager Scott Servais didn't sound too concerned about France's injury, so he should tentatively be considered day-to-day.

Josh Bell DH | MIN
Nationals' Josh Bell: Plates two runs in win
Bell went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Dodgers.
Bell put Washington on the board in the top of the first inning, when he grounded out to third base to score Victor Robles. He added an insurance run in the top of the ninth with a sacrifice fly, giving him his 13th multi-RBI game of the season. Bell will remain in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale, manning first base and batting cleanup.
