Marte went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-1 victory over the Rockies.

Though the home run was Marte's first since July 29, he hasn't seen his slugging percentage dip much as a result, as his .429 mark is still far and away a career best. Fantasy owners were probably expecting more stolen-base production from Marte since he's settled into an everyday role, but with a .265 average, five home runs and 20 runs in 168 plate appearances this season, the shortstop produces enough all-around value to warrant a roster spot in most deeper mixed leagues.

Rosario (finger) is out of the lineup Monday against the Phillies.

Rosario, who was removed from Sunday's game against the Astros, is only dealing with a bruise on his right index finger after X-rays came back negative. As such, the Mets are viewing him as day-to-day and don't believe he'll need more than a few days to heal up. Jose Reyes will fill in for the rookie at shortstop in the series opener Monday while Gavin Cecchini enters the lineup to occupy Reyes' normal spot at second base.

Altuve went 0-for-2 with a walk, two runs scored and two stolen bases in Sunday's 8-6 win over the Mets.

The stolen bases were Altuve's 30th and 31st, making 2017 the sixth straight season that he's swiped at least 30 bags. Each stolen base led directly to a run scored, giving him 95 of those this year. With 26 games remaining, Altuve needs 14 runs to set a new career benchmark and surpass the 108 times he crossed home plate last season.

Andrus went 2-for-5 with a pair of home runs and three RBI Sunday against the Angels.

Andrus followed up a third-inning solo shot with a two-run homer in the sixth. The shortstop has developed decent power out of nowhere, hitting 18 home runs in 132 contests after never managing more than eight in any of his eight previous major-league seasons. Andrus is blowing his career .369 slugging percentage out of the water with a .483 mark while maintaining a presence on the base paths with 23 steals.

Rosario was removed late in Sunday's game after a finger he injured Saturday swelled up, but X-rays taken on the digit after the game were negative, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

The young shortstop injured his right index finger on a swing in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader and was held out for the second game, but he seemed healthy enough to return to the lineup Sunday. With the Mets having nothing to play for this year expect them to be cautious with Rosario, but the encouraging X-ray results suggest he may only need to sit for another game or two while he waits for the swelling to subside.

Barreto will start at second base and bat second Sunday against the Mariners.

The rookie will enter the lineup in place of Jed Lowrie, who receives a breather after starting 15 of the Athletics' last 16 contests. A likely long-term heir to a full-time role in the middle infield, Barreto may have to settle for sporadic at-bats in the final month of the season with both Lowrie and Marcus Semien seemingly in line to retain starting roles for the big club heading into 2018, assuming the Athletics exercise Lowrie's affordable $6 million club option this offseason.

Albies will start at second base and bat second Sunday against the Cubs.

The recent trade of Brandon Phillips to the Angels has opened up a regular spot for Albies in the two hole, as Sunday will mark his fourth straight contest in that position in the batting order. He's certainly proven worthy of that appointment thus far, going 5-for-10 with four walks and two runs in the past three games.

Pirates manager Clint Hurdle said Sunday that Frazier (hamstring) could come off the 10-day disabled list within the next week, Jonathan Bombulie of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

It's unclear if Frazier has resumed full baseball activities just yet, but Hurdle's comments nonetheless suggest that the right hamstring injury the utility man suffered last week isn't anything that will keep him sidelined for long. Gregory Polanco (hamstring) is on a similar recovery timeline as Frazier and should immediately settle back in as the club's primary right fielder, but regular at-bats could be open for Frazier at the keystone with the team placing Josh Harrison on the 10-day disabled list Sunday with a fractured left hand.

Chavis will play some first base in the Arizona Fall Leauge, Tim Britton of the Providence Journal reports.

Chavis has had a monster season between High-A Salem and Double-A Portland in 2017 (30 HR in 125 games), putting himself back on the organization's radar. The problem is that he's blocked at third base, and rightfully so, by Rafael Devers. If Chavis can handle the transition to first base, that would put him on a path to become the everyday first baseman by 2019. Entering 2017, the prevailing thought had fellow prospect Sam Travis inheriting the first base job, but the Red Sox are putting Chavis in a position to push Travis.

Bostick was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday.

Bostick will provide the Pirates with extra infield depth following the placement of Josh Harrison (broken hand) on the DL. The 24-year-old is hitless in for major-league at-bats this season, but sports a .779 OPS at the minor-league level. Both Bostick and Max Moroff should see chances in the infield, though Sean Rodriguez is seemingly the main candidate to pick up reps left behind by Harrison.
