Lux went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's win over the Mariners.

Lux got the scoring started for the Dodgers in the fourth with a solo home run to center for his second home run in as many games. Lux has been one of the best hitters in baseball over the last month-plus. Since July 11, he's slashing .358/.423/.670 with eight homers, 24 RBI and 17 runs, and his 1.092 OPS leads the National League over that span. For the season, Lux is now slashing .254/.313/.400 with 10 homers, 45 RBI, 44 runs, four steals and a 29:85 BB:K in 387 plate appearances.

Polanco went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk and three RBI in Tuesday's loss to the Dodgers.

Polanco drove in all three runs for the Mariners. Tuesday marked just the third time this season he's had three RBI in a game, but he now has three multi-hit efforts over his last eight games and is batting .357 over that span. It's still been a sluggish year overall for the 30-year-old, who's now slashing .221/.306/.368 with 12 homers, 36 RBI, 34 runs, three steals and a 35:108 BB:K in 346 plate appearances.

Gimenez went 0-for-4 with three walks and a stolen base in Tuesday's 9-5 extra-innings win over the Yankees.

Gimenez has posted six steals over his last 11 games despite going hitless six times in that span. He's now in an 0-for-10 slump over his last three contests. The second baseman has a .252/.304/.331 slash line with 22 thefts, five home runs, 50 RBI and 50 runs scored through 117 contests overall, as his lack of power and modest hitting have yet to cost him a starting spot in the lineup.

Altuve went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and a run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Red Sox.

Altuve manufactured the Astros' first run with a single and two steals before scoring on a Jeremy Pena sacrifice fly in the first inning. After going 25 contests without a steal, Altuve has three thefts over his last four games. The second baseman has 18 steals this year, matching his highest total in the last seven years, and he's added a .300/.351/.438 slash line, 16 home runs, 53 RBI, 71 runs scored and 22 doubles over 122 contests.

Lopez isn't in the White Sox's lineup for Tuesday's game against the Giants.

The left-handed bat of Lopez will take a seat to begin Tuesday's contest while southpaw Robbie Ray starts on the hill for San Francisco. As a result, Brooks Baldwin will shift to shortstop while Lenyn Sosa starts at the keystone and bats leadoff.

Massey is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Angels.

Massey will yield to Maikel Garcia at second base Tuesday with the Angels trotting out left-hander Tyler Anderson. Massey is slashing .267/.293/.467 with 10 home runs in 241 plate appearances.

Gonzales (groin) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Danny Demilio of PittsburghBaseballNow.com reports.

Gonzales was placed on the 10-day IL on July 28 and has been deemed ready to appear in games. The 25-year-old will likely require multiple games with Indianapolis before being cleared to rejoin the active roster. Once activated, Gonzales will likely compete with Isiah Kiner-Falefa for work at second base.

The Diamondbacks signed Guillorme to a one-year contract Tuesday, Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com reports.

Per Alvarez-Montes, Guillorme is already with his new team at loanDepot Park in Miami, so it appears he will be active for Tuesday's game versus the Marlins. The Diamondbacks will need to make roster moves in order to add him to their 26-man and 40-man rosters. Guillorme, who was released by the Angels over the weekend, has a paltry .218/.285/.290 slash line in 138 plate appearances between Atlanta and Los Angeles. However, he offers a steady glove and gives Arizona an option at second base while Ketel Marte (ankle) is out.

Gelof went 2-for-3 with a double and a run in a win over the Rays on Monday.

Gelof coaxed his average back over the Mendoza Line with his fourth multi-hit effort of August. The 24-year-old infielder's productive night helped snap a 2-for-18 skid that had encompassed his previous five games, but his two-bagger qualified as only his fifth extra-base hit in the last 20 contests overall (75 plate appearances). An inability to make consistent contact continues to be the biggest albatross on Gelof's numbers, as he sports a massive 37.3 percent strikeout rate over that latter span.

Triolo went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk Monday against the Rangers.

Triolo had been relegated to a bench role since the acquisition and return of Isiah Kiner-Falefa, though he looks poised to take over at third base so long as Ke'Bryan Hayes (back) and Nick Gonzales (groin) are sidelined. Triolo is hitting just .201 for the season with a. 094 ISO, but he does have a home run in two of his last three games.
