Enrique Hernandez SS | LAD
Red Sox's Enrique Hernandez: Delivers clutch hit
Hernandez went 2-for-4 with with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Yankees.
Hernandez's RBI-single through a drawn-in infield in the 10th inning was the game-winning knock. It was just Boston's second hit with runners in scoring position during the three-game set in the Bronx. Earlier, in the eighth inning, Hernandez led off with a single and came around to score on a Jarren Duran groundout. It was a good night for Hernandez, who hasn't had many of them this season. He's batting just .231 and leads all MLB shortstops with 13 errors.

Jeff McNeil 2B | ATH
Mets' Jeff McNeil: Homers in loss
McNeil went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 2-1 loss against the Pirates.
McNeil provided the Mets' lone run Sunday with a solo shot off Mitch Keller to lead off the fourth inning. It's McNeil's third home run of the year and his first since May 1. The reigning NL batting champ had been struggling at the plate, going 4-for-24 (.167) in his last six games. Overall, McNeil is slashing .274/.351/.354 with 30 runs scored and 18 RBI through 269 plate appearances on the season.

Thairo Estrada 2B | BAL
Giants' Thairo Estrada: Drills two home runs
Estrada went 2-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI and an additional run scored in Sunday's 13-3 win over the Cubs.
Estrada went deep in the sixth and seventh innings after getting hit by a pitch in the opening frame. After going 17 games without a homer, he's belted three in the last four games, giving him nine on the year. He now owns a robust .297/.345/.498 slash line with 24 RBI, 25 extra-base hits and 14 steals through 235 plate appearances.

Coco Montes 2B | TB
Rockies' Coco Montes: Smacks homer in debut
Montes went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Padres.
Montes capped off his first big-league game with a game-tying blast in the eighth inning. The second baseman slashed .321/.401/.560 with 12 homers and 47 RBI over 59 games with Triple-A Albuquerque to earn the promotion, and he'll likely have a chance to see at least a short-side platoon role at the keystone going forward. He'll likely share the position with Harold Castro, but a strong stretch of hitting could earn Montes a larger share of the playing time.

Jonathan India 2B | KC
Reds' Jonathan India: Pops homer in win
India went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Cardinals.
India's had a relatively steady bat in June, going 10-for-42 (.238) with two homers and eight RBI over 11 games this month. He's hit safely in nine of those contests, but he has just one multi-hit effort in that span. The second baseman is up to seven homers, 32 RBI, 52 runs scored, 12 stolen bases and 16 doubles while slashing .275/.360/.422 over 66 games this season in a near-everyday role.

Christian Arroyo 2B | NYM
Red Sox's Christian Arroyo: Takes seat Sunday
Arroyo is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.
Enrique Hernandez will get the starting nod at the keystone in the series finale, but Arroyo's playing-time outlook appears to have improved coming out of the weekend. With the Red Sox demoting Enmanuel Valdez to Triple-A Worcester on Friday, Arroyo no longer finds himself in the smaller side of a platoon and should have a path to playing second base on a more regular basis. Arroyo started each of the past three games, all of which came against right-handed pitching.

Andres Gimenez 2B | TOR
Guardians' Andres Gimenez: Exits Sunday with leg injury
Gimenez was removed from Sunday's game against the Astros after five innings due to left leg tightness, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.
Tyler Freeman came off the bench in the top of the sixth to replace Gimenez, who went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run -- his fourth of the season -- prior to departing. The initial diagnosis doesn't sound overly serious, but fantasy managers will still want to keep tabs on the second baseman's status heading into the Guardians' upcoming three-game series in San Diego. The Guardians are off Monday before heading to the West Coast on Tuesday.
-
Harold Castro 2B | KC
Rockies' Harold Castro: Remains on bench
Castro is not in the starting lineup Sunday versus the Padres, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Castro will remain on the bench for a second straight game as the Rockies wrap up their series with the Padres. Coco Montes was called up from Triple-A Albuquerque and will make his major-league debut at second base, batting seventh against San Diego.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Orioles' Adam Frazier: Goes deep Saturday
Frazier went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Royals.
Frazier's eighth-inning blast put the finishing touches on the Orioles' win. The second baseman has gone just 8-for-38 (.211) over his last nine games, but five of those hits have gone for extra bases. He'd been seeing some time at leadoff versus right-handed pitchers, but Gunnar Henderson was in that spot Saturday and will be again Sunday. It's unclear if that switch is temporary or something that could stick while Cedric Mullins (groin) is on the injured list. Frazier is slashing .236/.300/.404 with seven homers, 28 RBI, 31 runs scored and six stolen bases over 62 contests.

Alan Trejo SS | COL
Rockies' Alan Trejo: Retreats to minors
The Rockies optioned Trejo to Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday.
Trejo had been serving as a short-side platoon option in the infield for the Rockies, but he hadn't been especially effective in that role. Colorado called up infielder Coco Montes from Triple-A to serve as a replacement for Trejo, who has slashed .241/.271/.313 with zero home runs and four stolen bases across 119 plate appearances for Colorado on the season.
