Arraez went 5-for-5 with three doubles, five RBI and one run scored in Saturday's 12-1 victory over the Athletics.

The reigning American League batting champion showed exactly why he's considered one of MLB's top bats Saturday. Arraez picked up a hit in all five plate appearances, including three doubles, as he drove in a season-high five batters and secured his fourth multi-hit outing of his last six appearances. Though he has just one homer on the season, Arraez trails only Jorge Soler for most RBI on the Marlins while slashing an incredible .390/.441/.485 through 54 games.

Polanco went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Guardians on Saturday.

Polanco led off the contest with a 413-foot blast, but Minnesota didn't manage much more offense the rest of the way. The long ball was his third hit since returning June 1 from a stay on the injured list, and all three knocks have gone for extra bases (two doubles, one homer). Polanco has been steady when healthy enough to play this season, posting a .278/.316/.500 slash line, five home runs, 16 RBI and one steal over 26 contests.

Rosario left Saturday's game against the Twins with left knee soreness, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Rosario went 0-for-1 before exiting. The shortstop has been replaced by Tyler Freeman in the field. For now, Rosario should be considered day-to-day.

Wisely isn't in the Giants' lineup Saturday against Baltimore, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Wisely has logged a base hit in each of his last two games, but his .517 OPS over the last seven days will send him to the bench Saturday. Casey Schmitt will start at second base instead, allowing Brandon Crawford to start at short and bat ninth.

Hernandez will be on the bench for the evening portion of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rays, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Hernandez went 1-for-4 and scored a run in Boston's 8-5 win in the afternoon game. He'll get a rest in the nightcap with Pablo Reyes taking over at shortstop.

Vargas isn't in the Dodgers' lineup Saturday against the Yankees, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Vargas holds just a .468 OPS over the past week, so he'll get a day off Saturday against Gerrit Cole and the Yankees. Mookie Betts will take Vargas' place at second base, allowing Jason Heyward to start in left field and bat sixth.

Altuve is out of the lineup Saturday against the Angels due to oblique discomfort, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Altuve "felt something" in his oblique while taking a swing Friday, per Astros manager Dusty Baker. The veteran's absence Saturday is being labeled as precautionary, but this is certainly a situation worth monitoring. Mauricio Dubon will cover second base and bat leadoff versus the Angels.

Stott isn't in the Phillies' lineup Saturday against the Nationals.

After going 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a walk Friday, Stott will get a day to rest. Josh Harrison will take over for Stott at second base and bat seventh.

Turang isn't starting Saturday against the Reds.

Turang is just 1-for-36 across his last 12 games, putting him at serious risk of losing reps to the hotter bats of Owen Miller and Andruw Monasterio. Miller will start at second base in Turang's place, moving Brian Anderson to third base and allowing Blake Perkins to start in right field.

Bae isn't starting Saturday against St. Louis, Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com reports.

As southpaw Jordan Montgomery prepares to start Saturday for the Cards, the left-handed bat of Bae will begin the game in the dugout. Rodolfo Castro will take Bae's place at second base and bat fifth.
