  • Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL

Twins' Josh Donaldson: On base four times

Donaldson went 2-for-3 with a pair of walks in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Cubs.

Donaldson was good at getting on base, but he wasn't able to generate any runs himself. The 34-year-old has a .243/.380/.514 slash line after the productive outing. He's added six homers, 11 RBI and 13 runs scored in 25 games.

  • Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE

Indians' Jose Ramirez: Two homers Sunday

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 7-4 win over the Tigers.

Ramirez is somewhat quietly having a monster year -- .284/.369/.574 with 15 home runs and 10 stolen bases. He has to be considered a candidate for the American League MVP, as well as a first-round lock for fantasy drafts next spring.

  • Gio Urshela 3B | MIN

Yankees' Gio Urshela: Out of Sunday's lineup

Urshela is not in the lineup Sunday against the Red Sox.

Urshela is on a five-game hit streak since being activated from the injured list Tuesday and is 7-for-21 with two doubles and two walks during that stretch, but he'll receive a breather Sunday. DJ LeMahieu will shift to third base while Tyler Wade covers the keystone.

  • Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA

White Sox's Yoan Moncada: On bench Sunday

Moncada is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.

Yolmer Sanchez will take over at third base and bat ninth against right-hander Michael Lorenzen. Moncada had a triple in Saturday's game, ending a five-game hitless slide. The 25-year-old has a .192/.306/.269 line in the month of September; it seems he's still not feeling back to full strength after his bout with COVID-19 earlier this year.

  • Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL

Twins' Josh Donaldson: Homers as pinch hitter

Donaldson went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in a victory over the Cubs on Saturday.

Donaldson wasn't in the starting lineup, but he came on as a pinch hitter with the bases loaded in the seventh inning. Though he hit into a fielder's choice in that at-bat, the slugger had a more successful result when he slammed a solo homer to right field in the ninth frame. Donaldson's is slashing .225/.356/.507 with six homers and 11 RBI on the season.

  • Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE

Indians' Jose Ramirez: Plates two in win

Ramirez went 1-for-4 with two RBI in a 5-2 loss to the Tigers on Saturday.

Ramirez hit a two-run double off Spencer Turnbull in the third inning and ended up being responsible for the entirety of Cleveland's offensive production. Regardless of the lack of help, Ramirez is a blistering 13-for-30 over his past seven games.

  • Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU

Tigers' Isaac Paredes: Added to lineup

Paredes was added to Saturday's lineup against Cleveland.

Paredes was initially slated to get a day off, but he'll enter the lineup after Miguel Cabrera was scratched with an illness unrelated to COVID-19. Harold Castro will serve as the designated hitter with Paredes taking over at third base.

  • Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL

Twins' Josh Donaldson: Not in Saturday's lineup

Donaldson isn't starting Saturday against the Cubs.

Donaldson started the last 11 games, logging a .341 OBP with three home runs and five RBI during that time. He'll get a breather Saturday as Ehire Adrianza takes over at third base.

  • Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU

Tigers' Isaac Paredes: Not in lineup Saturday

Paredes isn't starting Saturday against Cleveland.

Paredes has a five-game hitting streak, but he'll get a breather for Saturday's contest. Harold Castro will start at third base in his absence.

  • Nick Madrigal 3B | LAA

White Sox's Nick Madrigal: Moves to leadoff

Madrigal went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Friday's 7-1 loss to the Reds.

With Tim Anderson getting a breather, Madrigal moved from ninth in the order to leadoff. It was the eighth multi-hit effort in 21 games for the rookie, whose contact skills have been evident during his introduction to MLB. He struck out once Friday, the first whiff in seven contests and just his sixth in 78 plate appearances.
