Orioles' Ramon Urias: On base four times
Urias went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Friday's 12-8 win over the Red Sox.
All three of his hits were singles. Urias notched a pair of three-hit efforts in his last four games, and he continues to log regular playing time at third base. The infielder is up to a .235/.289/.353 slash line with three home runs, 11 RBI, 15 runs scored and seven doubles in 38 games this year.

Braves' Austin Riley: Launches homer No. 10
Riley went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-4 win over the Marlins.
He connected on his 10th homer of the year in the fifth inning off Trevor Rogers. Riley has had a tough month of May for the most part, but he appears to be heating up again, hitting safely in five straight games while going 8-for-20 (.400) with a double and two long balls.

Anthony Rendon 3B | LAA
Angels' Anthony Rendon: Heading to injured list
Rendon is being placed on the 10-day injured list Friday with right wrist inflammation, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Rendon was withheld from Friday's lineup due to the injury, and he'll now be sidelined for at least the next 10 days. The 31-year-old has apparently played through the injury throughout most of the season, but he'll now miss some time after it flared up while he was taking a swing Thursday. It's unclear exactly how long Rendon is expected to be out, though he'll be eligible to be activated June 6.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Working in center field
Lewis is starting in center field for Triple-A St. Paul on Friday, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.
Minnesota initially indicated Lewis would remain at shortstop after being demoted to St. Paul on May 18, but he's now also seen action at third base, left field and center field. The 22-year-old hit .308/.325/.564 with two home runs, four doubles and five RBI across his first 11 big-league games, but he was sent back to Triple-A once Carlos Correa returned from the injured list. Lewis is gearing up to rejoin the Twins in a utility role at some point, though it's unclear when exactly that may happen.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Managing back injury
Hayes is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Padres with a lower-back injury, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Hayes went 0-for-5 with an RBI and two strikeouts Wednesday against the Rockies, and it's unclear when he picked up the injury. He should be considered day-to-day until the team updates his status. Rodolfo Castro will move to the hot corner while Diego Castillo is starting at shortstop.

Anthony Rendon 3B | LAA
Angels' Anthony Rendon: Nursing wrist injury
Rendon isn't in the lineup Friday against Toronto due to a right wrist injury and is undergoing an MRI, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.
The 31-year-old has apparently managed the injury throughout the season, but it flared up while he took a swing during Thursday's contest. Rendon's outlook should receive some clarity when the team announces the results of the MRI. In the meantime, he should be considered day-to-day.

Blue Jays' Matt Chapman: Not in Friday's lineup
Chapman is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Angels.

Carter Kieboom 3B | CLE
Nationals' Carter Kieboom: Undergoes Tommy John surgery
Kieboom underwent Tommy John surgery Friday, Jessica Camerato of MLB.com reports.
Tommy John surgery doesn't come with as long of a timeline for hitters as it does for pitchers, but Kieboom's recovery will still wipe out the remainder of his 2022 campaign. The Nationals hope he'll be ready for spring training next year, at which point he'll be coming off a lost season with a career .197/.304/.285 slash line to his name, though he'll still be just 25 years old.

Max Muncy 3B | LAD
Dodgers' Max Muncy: Remains sidelined
Muncy (arm) remains on the bench Friday against Arizona.
The Dodgers have yet to announce a trip to the injured list for Muncy, but one could be coming according to reports that emerged Thursday. He continues to deal with pain in his right arm, the same one in which he suffered a partially torn UCL late last season. He'll miss his second straight game Friday, with Hanser Alberto starting at second base and Justin Turner starting at third.
