Escobar went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Mets. He was also hit by a pitch.

The infielder accounted for half of Milwaukee's hits and all of the team's run production in the low-scoring win. Escobar had gone 0-for-15 in a four-game series versus the surging Cardinals, but he's found more success against the Mets' pitching staff. For the season, the 32-year-old has a .249/.313/.468 slash line with 28 home runs, 85 RBI, 73 runs scored and a stolen base across 576 plate appearances.

Kieboom (forearm) had an MRI come back clean and is available off the bench Saturday at Cincinnati, Pete Kerzel of MASNSports.com reports.

Kieboom is sitting out a second consecutive game due to the left forearm injury, though it doesn't appear to be a serious concern. Jordy Mercer will start at the hot corner in his place for Washington.

Longoria is out of the lineup Saturday at Colorado, Kerry Crowley of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Longoria started the past five games and will head to the bench after going 4-for-18 with a double, two runs and eight strikeouts. Wilmer Flores will work at third base Saturday for San Francisco.

Kieboom (forearm) remains on the bench for Saturday's game against Cincinnati.

Kieboom was scratched from Friday's lineup with a left forearm injury and will wind up missing at least two starts. How much longer he'll miss beyond that point is not yet clear. Jordy Mercer will again be the starter at the hot corner.

LeMahieu is sitting Saturday against the Red Sox due to a "hip/groin thing," per manager Aaron Boone, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Boone said he hopes LeMahieu will be able to return Sunday. The infielder has apparently been grinding through the issue for a while, but he was banged up after Thursday's game and needed a day off. Rougned Odor will start at the hot corner in his stead.

LeMahieu will hit the bench Saturday against Boston.

LeMahieu has had a disappointing season at the plate and has been particularly mediocre over his last 16 games, posting a .681 OPS, the product of a .267/.348/.333 slash line. Rougned Odor takes over at third base for Saturday's contest.

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Friday's 1-0 loss to the White Sox.

Ramirez was the only Cleveland batter with multiple hits in the low-event contest. His 25 stolen bases represent the second-highest total in a season in his career, only surpassed by the 34 thefts he recorded in 2018. The third baseman owns a solid .267/.360/.545 slash line with 35 home runs, 96 RBI, 105 runs scored and 30 doubles across 595 plate appearances.

Sosa (wrist) remains on the bench for Saturday's game against the Cubs, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Sosa left the first game of Friday's doubleheader after a pitch hit him in the wrist. While he avoided a fracture, he's expected to take at least a few days to heal. Paul DeJong remains the shortstop Saturday.

Wisdom went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a loss in the second game of Friday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

Wisdom went hitless in the first game of Friday' twin bill but connected on a two-strike fastball in the first inning of the second game, sending it 453 feet to center field. The long ball was his 28th of the year as he's making a late push for the National League Rookie of the Year award. The 29-year-old is slashing .233/.304/.522 with 28 home runs, 61 RBI, 54 runs scored, four steals and 30:151 BB:K over 369 plate appearances. His power is clear as day, although his 40.9 strikeout rate is limiting his potential at the plate.

Devers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's 8-3 loss to the Yankees.

He took Gerrit Cole deep in the sixth inning for Boston's only offense of the night. Devers continues to establish a new career high in homers with 35, but Friday's blast was only his third in September, a month in which he's slashing .280/.365/.427 with 11 RBI in 20 games.
