Rendon (knee) was activated off the injured list Friday and will be in the lineup against the Red Sox, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Rendon's bruised left knee will wind up sidelining him for the minimum 10 days. He'd previously spent time on the injured list with a groin injury. Those absences have limited him to just 15 games this season, in which he's hit .276/.348/.466.

Urshela (knee) is not in the lineup Friday against the Orioles.

The 29-year-old continues to battle a knee injury and won't start the series opener at Baltimore. Miguel Andujar will start at third base Friday in place of Urshela.

Senzel (heel) will sit Friday against the Rockies.

Senzel left Thursday's series opener with what was eventually diagnosed as a heel contusion after crashing into the outfield wall while chasing a flyball. The Reds don't expect him to miss an extended period, but he'll sit for at least one game, with Jonathan India getting the start at second base and Tyler Naquin starting in center field.

Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a 4-2 win against Seattle on Thursday.

While Ramirez's .559 slugging percentage has been exceptional in the early going, his average (.252) and on base percentage (.336) are below average and has last stolen base came all the way back on April 20.

Arenado went 3-for-5 with an RBI in the Cardinals' 2-0 win over the Brewers on Thursday.

In a game that lacked offense, Arenado reached base three times, all on singles, and knocked in one of the game's two runs in the first inning. He continued his 10-game streak of reaching base safely. The 30-year-old leads the Cardinals with 19 extra-base hits and 24 RBI. He is slashing .284/.342/.500 in 161 plate appearances.

Senzel (heel) is not expected to have a long-term absence, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

While it appears he avoided a serious injury, it remains unclear when he will be able to return to the lineup. Shogo Akiyama could see an uptick in playing time if Senzel remains sidelined for the team's weekend series against the Rockies at Coors Field.
