Senzel exited Thursday's game against the Rockies with an undisclosed injury, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Senzel hit the outfield wall trying to track down a fly ball in the first inning. He remained in the contest for an additional inning, but Shogo Akiyama replaced him as a pinch-hitter in the third frame. Though no specifics were given, the news is concerning given Senzel's lengthy history of injury.

Madrigal isn't starting Thursday's game against the Twins.

Madrigal had gone 5-for-19 with a double, three runs and an RBI in his last four games. Leury Garcia will shift to second base while Billy Hamilton starts in center field.

Riley is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Blue Jays.

Riley will exit the lineup for the first time since April 16, breaking a streak of 22 consecutive starts. Ehire Adrianza will step in at the hot corner as a replacement for Riley, who will put a four-game hit streak on hold as he heads to the bench.

Muncy went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks and three total runs scored in Wednesday's 7-1 victory over the Mariners.

Muncy padded a narrow Dodgers lead with a two-run shot to center field in the fifth inning. The long ball was his second in two nights and fourth in his past seven games. Over that stretch, he is slashing .333/.500/.875 with eight RBI and eight walks. Muncy's league-leading 36 walks on the season are seven more than his closest competitor.

Anderson is not starting Wednesday's game against the Diamondbacks, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

The third baseman receives his second day off since returning from the injured list May 4. Anderson has gone 6-for-26 with four RBI since then and is now hitting just .209 on the season. Jon Berti is manning third base and batting fifth.

Suarez went 2-for-5 with a three-run double during Wednesday's win against the Pirates.

The 29-year-old cleared the bases with a double to deep center field during the top of the 10th inning to give the Reds a 5-1 lead. Suarez recently found himself in an 0-for-14 slump, but he's responded by going 5-for-13 with a homer, a double and four RBI over the past three games.

Moustakas went 2-for-3 with a home run, two walks and an additional run scored during Wednesday's win at Pittsburgh.

The 32-year-old clubbed a solo homer during the second inning and also came around to score during the 10th frame on Eugenio Suarez's bases-clearing double. Moustakas has a .235/.330/.444 slash line with four home runs, five doubles, 12 RBI and 15 runs in 24 games this season.

Candelario (illness) is starting Wednesday's game against the Royals, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Candelario was scratched from the lineup for Tuesday's game due to side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine, but he'll return to action after a brief absence. The 27-year-old has gone 7-for-17 with a home run, six runs, four RBI, two walks and three strikeouts in his last four games.

Astudillo started at first base and went 2-for-4 with a double to raise his batting average to .324 in Tuesday's loss to the White Sox.

Astudillo appears to have supplanted Miguel Sano as the starting first baseman in the near term as he's been hot at the plate while Sano has struggled. Astudillo will likely move back to a utility role when several Twins return from the injured list, but he could stick in the lineup if he stays hot since so many of Minnesota's regulars are struggling at the plate.

Machado went 2-for-5 with a home run, a triple, five RBI, two runs and a walk in the Padres' 8-1 win over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Machado went deep off Anthony Senzatela in the fifth inning for his fifth home run of the season. He added a triple with the bases loaded in the following inning to total five RBI for the day. The 28-year-old is riding a five-game hitting streak while slashing .237/.331/.405 in 151 plate appearances. He leads the Padres in RBI (22) and walks (19).
