Moustakas went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI on Sunday against the Cardinals.

Moustakas accounted for the Brewers only runs Sunday, recording a two-RBI double against John Gant in the third inning. While he hasn't homered since Aug. 7, Moustakas has three multi-hit games, four doubles and six RBI across his last eight starts.

Wisdom launched a pinch-hit solo home run Sunday against the Brewers.

Wisdom took Jeremy Jeffress deep in the eighth inning to record his first career home run. The 26-year-old made his major-league debut on Aug. 12 and has appeared nearly exclusively as a pinch hitter or defensive replacement, earning only nine at-bats in eight appearances. He has racked up four hits in that limited sample but has minimal value due to lack of playing time.

Escobar went 3-for-5 with a double and two runs scored Saturday in the Diamondbacks' 7-6 loss to the Padres.

Since being acquired from the Twins on July 27, Escobar has stepped in as the Diamondbacks' everyday third baseman and has thrived in that role, turning in a .922 OPS while tallying three home runs, 12 RBI and 14 runs in 18 games. The 29-year-old should be locked into a prominent spot in the lineup for just about every game the rest of the way with the Diamondbacks facing stiff competition for the NL West title.

LeMahieu went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-3 extra-inning win over the Braves.

Like most of Colorado's hitters on the night, LeMahieu had to wait until Mike Foltynewicz exited the game before he could do any damage, and his 10th-inning solo shot ended up providing the winning run. The second baseman is now one shy of the career-high 11 homers he blasted in 2016, but LeMahieu's .275 batting average is still well off his usual pace.

Muncy went 1-for-3 with a walk and a game-tying solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Mariners.

Muncy's long ball -- his second in as many days -- came against M's closer Edwin Diaz, who had given up three homers all season entering play Saturday. He isn't quite playing every day anymore after the Dodgers added Manny Machado and Brian Dozier and welcomed Justin Turner back from the disabled list, but Muncy has the highest hard-hit rate among qualifiers in the second half with a mark north of 57 percent and still seems deserving of a starting spot in most formats.

Moncada batted leadoff and went 1-for-4 with a walk and a run in Friday's 9-3 win over the Royals.

Moncada returned to the top of the lineup after manager Rick Renteria had dropped him to the lower-third of the order last week, even though he was just 4-for-16 with two walks and nine strikeouts in five games. Renteria told Phil Rogers of the Chicago Tribune that regardless of the number of strikeouts piling up, Moncada still has a good eye and can get on base. "We'll continue to maneuver and manage that situation for him," Renteria said. "As long as we don't feel or I don't feel he's really being hindered in terms of his confidence and things of that nature, we'll continue to do what we can to help him out." Moncada leads the majors with 172 strikeouts and is hitting just .144 with a .264 on-base percentage since the All-Star break.

Bregman went 1-for-3 with two walks, a stolen base and a solo home run in a 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Athletics on Friday.

We remember Bregman's homer barrage earlier this summer when he blasted 17 with 47 RBI and slugged .680 in a 46-game span, but that type of power has disappeared. Prior to Friday's blast, he'd gone 15 games without a home run and had just four RBI and a .351 slugging percentage during that stretch. The hope is that with Houston getting its injured stars back -- Carlos Correa returned last week, George Springer returned Friday and Jose Altuve (knee) is due back next week -- Bregman and the rest of the hitters can resemble the order that produced a 113 wRC+ (third in MLB) in the first half of the season.

Escobar went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a pair of walks and three runs scored in the Diamondbacks' 9-4 win over the Padres on Friday.

The 29-year-old infielder has carried his hot-hitting ways right over to his new team, and he stroked his 18th long ball of the season in this contest with an eighth-inning solo blast off Jose Castillo. He's been stacking extra-base hits all season in split duty between Minnesota and Arizona, as Escobar also has a whopping 42 doubles and three triples over his 429 at-bats, which has contributed to a .515 slugging percentage that would represent a career-best mark if he can keep it up.

Muncy went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in the Dodgers' 11-1 rout of Seattle on Friday.

He had just one hit in his last 12 at-bats coming into this contest but Muncy broke out of that with yet another home run, continuing what has been one of the more unexpected power showings in baseball to this point in the season. The 27-year-old now has 27 long balls in 100 games in 2018, and he's been far from a one-trick pony, as the .255/.377/.575 slash line he's posted is also phenomenal.

Machado went 2-for-5 with a pair of home runs and three RBI to help the Dodgers to an 11-1 romp over the Mariners on Friday.

Machado continues to rake for his new club, as he now has two multi-hit efforts in his last three games including his 27th and 28th homers of the season that helped pace the Dodgers to the big victory in this contest. The 26-year-old star was putting up huge numbers on a bad Baltimore team before he was traded to the Dodgers, and it looks like he's poised to provide even more robust across-the-board contributions now that he's afforded more protection in a much-improved lineup.
