Dunn went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's win over the Tigers.
Dunn walked and stole second in the eighth for his first steal of the year. He had just three steals in 41 games last year and doesn't run a ton. The 27-year-old is slashing just .171/.211/.229 with five RBI, four runs and a 2:11 BB:K in 39 plate appearances.

Twins' Brooks Lee: Belts first homer off bench in win
Lee went 1-for-2 with a solo home run Tuesday against the Mets.
The former top prospect replaced the injured Carlos Correa (wrist) in the fifth inning, later belting a solo shot in the seventh inning to put the Twins in front 6-3. The status of Correa remains uncertain going forward, and Lee could be primed for more playing time until the former is ready to rejoin the lineup. Through three outings so far this year, Lee has gone 2-for-7 with the aforementioned long ball, two RBI, one walk and one run scored.

Mariners' Dylan Moore: Knocks two homers
Moore went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's loss to Cincinnati.
Moore popped a leadoff homer before adding an RBI single in the second inning. He capped off his day with a two-run shot in the fifth, but unfortunately for Seattle, his four-RBI day was the only offense in the 8-4 loss. Moore's big night boosted his slash line to .306/.375/.639 with four home runs and six RBI through 40 plate appearances.

Red Sox's Alex Bregman: Homers twice against Tampa Bay
Bregman (personal) went 5-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Rays.
Bregman powered the Red Sox's offense Tuesday, with four of his five hits driving in a run. He got Boston on the board with an RBI single in the first inning, then proceeded to belt his third and fourth home runs of the season in the third and seventh innings, respectively. It was Bregman's seventh two-homer game and the first time in his major-league career that he recorded five hits in a game, and he was a triple shy of a cycle. Bregman will fly back to Boston on Wednesday and be placed on the paternity list, which will allow him to miss up to three games. Romy Gonzalez will likely fill in at third base while Bregman is away from the team.

Red Sox's Alex Bregman: Headed to paternity list
Bregman will fly back to Boston on Wednesday for the birth of his child, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.
The Red Sox will place Bregman on the paternity list Wednesday, which will allow him to miss up to three games while he welcomes a new addition to his family. Romy Gonzalez could start at third base while Bregman is away.

Nationals' Paul DeJong: Exits after being hit in face
DeJong exited Tuesday's contest against the Pirates in the top of the sixth inning after being hit in the face by a pitch, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
DeJong was struck in the left side of his face by a 92.7 mph fastball from Mitch Keller, suffering a cut beneath his eye. The 31-year-old was subsequently removed from the game, and Amed Rosario replaced him in the contest. More information will likely be provided on DeJong's status in the near future.

Twins' Jose Miranda: Out with hand strain
Triple-A St. Paul placed Miranda on its 7-day injured list Tuesday due to a left hand strain, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.
The 26-year-old was optioned to Triple-A over the weekend but will shift to the injured list before seeing game action with St. Paul. According to Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune, Miranda suffered the injury on St. Paul's off day Monday while he was shopping and grabbing for a case of water. Miranda had hit just .167 over 12 games with the Twins prior to his demotion.

Cubs' Matt Shaw: Optioned to Iowa
The Cubs optioned Shaw to Triple-A Iowa on Tuesday, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.
After beginning the season as Chicago's starting third baseman, Shaw slashed just .172/.294/.241 across 68 plate appearances over his first 18 games in the majors. The Cubs will now send him back to Triple-A to help him rediscover his swing; meanwhile, Jon Berti, Justin Turner, Vidal Brujan and Gage Workman are all candidates to see more time at the hot corner.

Mariners' Jorge Polanco: Out of Tuesday's lineup
Polanco is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Reds, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.
Polanco started the previous four games at designated hitter but will receive a day off after going 4-for-13 with a homer, two RBI and two runs during that stretch. The 31-year-old isn't expected to play the field for a bit longer due to lingering side soreness, but the injury hasn't dampened his production early in 2025, as he has a 1.007 OPS with three homers through 11 contests.
