  • Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN

Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Steals 10th bag

Hayes went 2-for-3 with a stolen base, an intentional walk and one RBI in Tuesday's victory over the Nationals.

Hayes singled twice, stole a base, drew an intentional walk and contributed a sacrifice fly to extend Pittsburgh's lead to 5-1 in the seventh inning. In 35 games since returning from a back injury Aug. 2, the 26-year-old has slashed .298/.344/.553 with eight doubles, two triples, eight home runs, 24 RBI and 20 runs. However, the theft was just Hayes' 10th this season and first since July 6 after last year's 20-steal campaign.

  • Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Joins elite company

Devers went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a 3-2 loss to the Yankees in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader. He did not start the nightcap but walked as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning of a 4-1 loss.

Devers led off the fourth inning with his 30th home run and snapped a 19-game drought without going deep. With the homer, Devers entered an elite club in franchise history with three 30-homer seasons before the age of 27. He joined Hall of Famers Jim Rice and Ted Williams in that achievement.

  • Noelvi Marte 3B | CIN

Reds' Noelvi Marte: Scores as pinch runner

Marte (nose) entered Tuesday's game as a pinch runner and scored a run in a 6-5 win over the Tigers.

Marte made his first appearance since sustaining a broken nose during pre-game warmups Saturday. He replaced Nick Martini as the automatic runner in the top of the 10th inning, scored the eventual game-winning run, then played third base in the bottom of the frame. It's unclear if the Reds are confident enough to have Marte play an entire game, but he looks like he's trending in that direction.

  • Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN

Mariners' Eugenio Suarez: Homers in Tuesday's win

Suarez went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional RBI, one walk and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 8-0 win over the Angels.

Suarez reached the 20-homer mark for the seventh time in his career with his fifth-inning blast that capped the scoring. He also opened the Mariners' onslaught with an RBI single in the first. The third baseman has three multi-hit efforts over his last seven games. For the season, he's slashing .234/.326/.391 with 87 RBI, 61 runs scored, two stolen bases and 24 doubles through 145 contests.

  • Mike Moustakas 3B | CHW

Angels' Mike Moustakas: Exits with wrist soreness

Moustakas was removed from Tuesday's game against Seattle due to left wrist soreness.

The Angels didn't provide details on how long Moustakas might be out for, but he will nonetheless join a long list of Angels that are currently battling some sort of injury. Fantasy managers should consider Moustakas day-to-day going forward.

  • Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL

Brewers' Josh Donaldson: Clobbers first homer as Brewer

Donaldson went 2-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 3-1 victory over Miami.

After having his contract selected by Milwaukee on Monday, Donaldson delivered an RBI and a run scored in his Brewers debut. He was even better Tuesday, reaching in all four of his plate appearances (two hits, two walks), including via a solo home run off Edward Cabrera in the fourth frame. Though the change of scenery could be exactly what the former MVP needed, it's worth noting Donaldson slashed just .142/.225/.434 in 33 games with the Yankees this season.

  • J.D. Davis 1B | LAA

Giants' J.D. Davis: Gets breather Tuesday

Davis is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Guardians.

Wilmer Flores will cover third base and bat third as Joc Pederson fills the DH role. This appears to be a routine day of rest for Davis, who is slashing .321/.406/.643 in 32 plate appearances since the calendar flipped to September.

  • Oswald Peraza 3B | LAA

Yankees' Oswald Peraza: Active for Game 2

Peraza (knee) will start at shortstop and bat seventh during Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Red Sox.

Peraza has been dealing with swelling in his left knee, but he seems to be feeling well enough to return to the lineup after sitting the first game of Tuesday's action. The 23-year-old has had a quiet season in the majors overall, but he's gone 10-for-31 with four RBI since the start of September.

  • DJ LeMahieu 2B | NYY

    Yankees' DJ LeMahieu: Sitting nightcap

LeMahieu isn't in the Yankees' lineup for the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against Boston.

After going 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Game 1, LeMahieu will rest during the second game of Tuesday's slate. Jake Bauers will fill in at first base instead and bat sixth.

  • Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Out for nightcap

Devers is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Yankees.

Devers went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Game 1 of the doubleheader. Luis Urias will start at the hot corner, batting eighth.
