Diamondbacks' Gabriel Moreno: Back in lineup for Game 1
Moreno (wrist) will start at catcher and bat fifth Monday in Game 1 of the Diamondbacks' National League Championship Series matchup with the Phillies, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Moreno exited Arizona's Game 4 and series-clinching win over the Dodgers in the National League Division Series last week after a foul tip caught him on the right hand/wrist. Fortunately for Moreno, X-rays came back negative, and he's ready to go for the NLCS after taking batting practice Sunday without issue. Moreno has popped three home runs and driven in six runs in five contests so far this postseason.

Diamondbacks' Gabriel Moreno: X-rays negative
Moreno said Wednesday that X-rays on his right wrist came back negative, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.
Moreno was pulled from Game 4 of the NLDS after getting hit in the hand/wrist area on a bunt attempt, but it appears he managed to escape with only a bruise. The 23-year-old backstop will get four days to recover before the D-backs face Atlanta or Philadelphia in the NLCS.

Diamondbacks' Gabriel Moreno: Exits with apparent injury
Moreno was removed from Game 4 of the NLDS on Wednesday with a right hand contusion.
Moreno was hit in his right hand by a bunt attempt during the fifth inning of Wednesday's postseason contest. He was able to stay behind the plate and finish the top of the frame, but Pavin Smith entered as a pinch hitter for Moreno in the bottom half. Moreno will presumably head back into the clubhouse for precautionary X-rays, and he should be viewed as day-to-day for now.

Braves' Travis d'Arnaud: Getting second straight start
D'Arnaud is starting at catcher and batting sixth Wednesday in Game 3 of the NLDS versus the Phillies, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
D'Arnaud receives a second straight start after slugging a two-run home run in Atlanta's comeback victory in Game 2. Sean Murphy will begin this one on the bench.

Sean Murphy C | ATL
Braves' Sean Murphy: Out of lineup again
Murphy is not in the lineup Wednesday for Game 3 of the NLDS against the Phillies, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
He started Game 1 but will be on the bench in favor of Travis d'Arnaud for the second contest in a row. Murphy was hitless in three at-bats in the series opener after putting up a lowly .451 OPS in the second half.

Braves' Travis d'Arnaud: Starting Game 2 at catcher
D'Arnaud will start at catcher and bat sixth Monday in Game 2 of the NLDS versus the Phillies.
Sean Murphy got the call behind the dish in the Game 1 loss, but Atlanta will turn to d'Arnaud in Game 2 as they look to even the series. For what it's worth, d'Arnaud is 8-for-21 with one home run in 23 career plate appearances against Philadelphia's Game 2 starter, Zack Wheeler.

Sean Murphy C | ATL
Braves' Sean Murphy: Absent from Game 2 lineup
Murphy is not in the lineup for Monday's Game 2 of the NLDS against the Phillies.
Murphy went hitless in Atlanta's Game 1 loss and will begin the second game of the series on the bench. Travis d'Arnaud will do the catching for Max Fried, who is making his first start since Sept. 21 after missing the tail end of the regular season with a blister on his left index finger. Murphy and d'Arnaud split catching duties in fairly equitable fashion after the All-Star break, so it's not a surprise to see both of them garner a start in the first two games of the NLDS.

Diamondbacks' Gabriel Moreno: In lineup for Game 1
Moreno (head) is starting at catcher and batting fifth Saturday against the Dodgers in Game 1 of the NLDS.
Moreno made an early exit from Game 2 of the NL Wild Card Series after getting hit in the head by a backswing, but he never had to enter concussion protocol and has been deemed fit to start the NLDS opener. Moreno went 1-for-5 with a homer and a walk during the D-backs' two-game sweep of the Brewers.
