Bart went 2-for-5 with an RBI on Wednesday against the Cardinals.

Bart delivered the walk-off hit in the bottom of the 13th inning and concluded Pittsburgh's series against the Cardinals with five hits across 11 at-bats. He also tallied three extra-base hits -- including his first homer of the season-- while driving in four. Bart showed signs of breaking out across 282 plate appearances in 2024, and he's performed well at the plate across 45 plate appearances in 2025 while serving as the Pirates' primary catcher.

Heim started at designated hitter and went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Cubs.

Heim's two-run homer in the fifth inning turned out to be the game-winning knock. It was the third home run of the season for Heim, who leads the Rangers with seven RBI over nine games played. While he and Kyle Higashioka have alternated at catcher, Heim has been used as a DH three times thus far and could continue filling that role frequently if the bat holds up.

The White Sox are expected to select Narvaez's contract from Double-A Birmingham on Thursday, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

Narvaez was released by the White Sox after failing to make the team's roster out of spring training, but he returned to the organization on a minor-league deal at the start of April. He was removed from his game at Double-A shortly after Korey Lee injured his ankle during the White Sox's loss to Cleveland on Wednesday, which is a strong indicator that Narvaez will fill in as catcher depth for the big-league club going forward.

Lee will likely spend time on the injured list after rolling his left ankle during Wednesday's game against Cleveland, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

Lee stepped on Carlos Santana's foot while trying to make it back to first base on a pickoff attempt in the sixth inning of Wednesday's contest. No official move has been made yet, but Omar Narvaez's removal from his game at Double-A Birmingham could suggest that he's on his way to join the White Sox as Lee's injury replacement.

Lee was removed from Wednesday's game against the Guardians due to left ankle soreness.

Lee appeared to roll his ankle while scrambling back to first base in the sixth inning. He ended up getting picked off to end the frame and was replaced at catcher when the White Sox took the field. The team will take a closer look at him to see if he suffered any structural damage, but he can be considered day-to-day for now.

Jeffers is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Royals.

Jeffers will take a seat for the second time in the series as he and Christian Vazquez continue their pattern of alternating starts behind the dish. Through seven games this season, Jeffers is hitting .222 with zero home runs, three RBI and one run.

Kirk (leg) will start at catcher and bat sixth in Wednesday's game versus the Red Sox.

Kirk didn't play Tuesday after fouling a pitch off his lower leg in Monday's game, although Blue Jays manager John Schneider indicated it was more of a scheduled day off. The 26-year-old Kirk will bring two straight multi-hit games into Wednesday's festivities.

Thaiss is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Guardians.

The left-handed-hitting Thaiss will check out of the lineup while the Guardians send southpaw Logan Allen to the mound Wednesday. Korey Lee will handle the catching duties for the White Sox.

Garver is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Astros.

Though he's been limited to just one start at designated hitter through Seattle's first 13 games, Garver could end up being the team's primary option at the position in the aftermath of Victor Robles (shoulder) landing on the IL. Luke Raley had been serving as the team's primary DH against right-handed pitching to begin the season, but he'll pick up a third straight start at Robles' spot in right field. The Mariners have deployed Jorge Polanco at DH in two of their three games versus Houston while he manages a side injury, but the spot could open up for Garver once Polanco is cleared to play third base again.

Barnes is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Nationals.

Barnes will head back to the bench after he made his third start of the season in Tuesday's 8-2 loss, going hitless with two strikeouts in four at-bats. The veteran backstop is unlikely to play more than once or twice a week throughout the season if top catcher Will Smith maintains health.
