  • Phillies' J.T. Realmuto: Sitting down Saturday

Realmuto isn't in the Phillies' lineup Saturday against the Rockies.

After going 2-for-5 in a loss during Friday's series opener, Realmuto will get a breather against Dakota Hudson and the Rockies. Garrett Stubbs will fill in behind the plate and bat eighth.

  • Jose Trevino C | CIN

Yankees' Jose Trevino: Still out Saturday

Trevino (illness) isn't in the Yankees' lineup Saturday against the Padres.

Trevino had to leave Thursday's game due to an illness, and it will now cause him to miss his second consecutive start Saturday. Austin Wells will once again start at catcher and bat eighth.

  • Diamondbacks' Gabriel Moreno: Day off Saturday

Moreno isn't in the Diamondbacks' lineup for Saturday's game against Miami.

Moreno will take a seat Saturday after going 0-for-3 in a loss during Friday's series opener. His absence will allow Tucker Barnhart to start behind the dish and bat eighth.

  • Angels' Logan O'Hoppe: Goes deep Friday

O'Hoppe went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Friday's loss to Cleveland.

O'Hoppe picked up an RBI on a fielder's choice in the third inning and swatted a solo shot to center field in the eighth. The backstop has three multi-hit efforts over his past five games, though he's gone 0-for-4 in each of the other two contests during that span. O'Hoppe went through a 21-game stretch without a long ball between April 17 and May 13 but has gone deep in three of seven contests since.

  • Athletics' Shea Langeliers: Taking seat Saturday

Langeliers is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's contest against the Astros.

Langeliers started in the series opener Friday, going 1-for-4. With Houston sending out right-hander Spencer Arrighetti, Oakland will start lefty-hitting Kyle McCann behind the dish Saturday. Langeliers is slashing .266/.347/.578 with four home runs and 13 RBI in May.

  • Will Smith C | LAD

Dodgers' Will Smith: Belts solo shot Friday

Smith went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a loss to the Reds on Friday.

Smith gave the Dodgers a two-run lead with his solo shot in the top of the fifth inning, but the advantage was short-lived, as Cincinnati plated six runs in the bottom of the frame. The All-Star catcher has batted just 3-for-19 over his past six games, though all three of the hits have gone for extra bases, including two that have left the yard. Smith is sporting a solid .298/.368/.482 slash line over 193 plate appearances on the season.

  • Korey Lee C | CHW

White Sox's Korey Lee: Heads to bench Saturday

Lee is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Orioles.

  • Braves' Travis d'Arnaud: Sitting down Saturday

D'Arnaud isn't in Atlanta's lineup for Saturday's game against Pittsburgh.

  • Danny Jansen C | TEX

Blue Jays' Danny Jansen: Not starting Saturday

Jansen is not in the Blue Jays' starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Tigers.

Jansen will begin Saturday's contest in the dugout after starting in the first two games of the series, going 2-for-8 with one double, one RBI and two walks. Alejandro Kirk will start at catcher and bat sixth against Tigers right-hander Reese Olson.

  • Keibert Ruiz C | WAS

Nationals' Keibert Ruiz: Pops third homer

Ruiz went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run in Friday's win over the Mariners.

The 25-year-old catcher has had a rough season so far, and Friday's long ball off George Kirby snapped a 19-game homer drought for Ruiz. Through 31 contests, he's slashing a feeble .171/.207/.270 with three home runs and 10 RBI, but his bat could be waking up -- over his last six starts, he's batting .316 (6-for-19) with two doubles in addition to Friday's blast.
