Torrens will sit Tuesday against Toronto.

Torrens hits the bench for the second time in three games, a run which follows a stretch of six straight starts, including two as the designated hitter. Mike Ford will fill that spot Tuesday, while Cal Raleigh starts behind the plate.

Reyes is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Reds while he tends to a personal matter, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Reyes was seemingly away from the team when Cleveland posted its lineup earlier Tuesday, but acting manager Carl Willis said he believes the 26-year-old will be available in the dugout as a pinch-hitting option by the time the game begins at 6:10 p.m. ET. As a result, Reyes is expected to be back in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale, a potential off day Tuesday could be beneficial anyway, given that he went 2-for-19 with eight strikeouts over Cleveland's last five games.

Reyes is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Reds, Andre Knott of Bally Sports Ohio reports.

Richie Palacios will handle designated-hitter duties for the Guardians with Reyes' bat having cooled off after a hot start to May. Since opening the month with a 12-for-23 showing at the plate in his first six starts, Reyes has gone 2-for-19 with three walks against eight strikeouts over his last five games.

Buxton is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Athletics.

Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reported Sunday that Buxton is continuing to a manage knee issues, and while he was able to play all nine innings of Monday's 3-1 win, the outfielder will get some maintenance for the second game of the series. Provided he isn't dealing with any sort of setback with either of his knees coming out of Monday's start, Buxton should be back in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale.

Winker went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs in a win over the Mets on Sunday.

Winker's second straight multi-hit effort extended his hitting streak to seven games. The 28-year-old's nightmarish start to the season is increasingly in the rearview mirror, as he sports a .310/.341/.524 slash line across his last 11 games.

Ford is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Blue Jays.

The lefty-hitting Ford will check out of the lineup with southpaw Yusei Kikuchi on the mound, opening up designated-hitter duties for Steven Souza. Ford was an indirect beneficiary of Jarred Kelenic's demotion to Triple-A Tacoma on Friday, as the former has proceeded to serve as Seattle's DH in each of the last three games while going 1-for-8 with a walk and two RBI. Once Kyle Lewis (knee) ends his rehab assignment at Tacoma and is cleared to return from the 10-day injured list, one of Ford and Souza will likely lose out on regular at-bats.

Ohtani went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Sunday's 4-1 win over Oakland.

Ohtani got the Angels off to a positive start in the contest, slugging a 425-foot two-run shot in the first inning. It was the second homer in as many games for the two-way star and pushed his total to eight long balls on the season. Ohtani is tied for eighth in the league with 26 RBI on the campaign.

Solak is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Angels.

Solak is on the bench against a right-handed starting pitcher (Noah Syndergaard) for the second day in a row and looks to have lost hold of his everyday role to Eli White, who remains in the lineup Monday as Texas' leadoff man. Since the beginning of May, Solak has appeared in 10 games and has slashed an underwhelming .214/.267/.250, though he's at least chipped in three stolen bases.

Ramirez is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Tigers, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Ramirez should see his opportunities in the outfield increase while Manuel Margot (hamstring) is on the injured list, though the lefty-hitting Brett Phillips could end up seeing the larger share of the playing time in right field if the Rays opt for a platoon of him and Ramirez. With right-hander Alex Faedo on the hill for Detroit in the series opener, the righty-hitting Ramirez hits the bench, ending a streak of three consecutive starts.

Cabrera went 2-for-3 with a homer, two runs, two RBI and a strikeout in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Orioles.

Cabrera put the Tigers on the board with a solo home run in the bottom of the second inning Sunday as he continued his recent tear at the plate. The 39-year-old has put up multi-hit performances in four of the last five games, and he's posted four extra-base hits during that time. Cabrera is hitting .297 with three homers, 14 RBI and 11 runs to begin the season.
