Manager Bud Black acknowledged prior to Sunday's 8-7 win over the Orioles that Blackmon (calf) could require a stint on the 10-day injured list, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

A right calf injury kept Blackmon out of the lineup for the third straight game Sunday, and the fact that both Mark Reynolds and Ryan McMahon were deployed off the bench ahead of him in a tightly contested affair implies some level of concern about the outfielder's health. The Rockies will likely provide an update on Blackmon's status ahead of Monday's series opener with the Diamondbacks, but for now, fantasy managers won't enter the upcoming week with much confidence about one of their top hitters' availability.

Turner went 5-for-5 with a walk and three runs scored Sunday against Pittsburgh.

Turner failed to record an RBI in the contest, though he did raise his batting average from .283 to .304 following the five-hit performance. He's homered six times and has driven in 23 runs over 48 games this season.

Blackmon (calf) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against Baltimore.

Blackmon will sit out his third straight contest after leaving Thursday's game with the calf issue. The 32-year-old should be considered day-to-day for the time being. Raimel Tapia, Ian Desmond and David Dahl will start in the outfield from left to right for the series finale.

Cabrera is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

With no designated hitter available in New York, Cabrera will hit the bench for the first time since May 15 while Brandon Dixon fills in for him at first base. The two-time American League MVP is currently in the midst of one of his better offensive stretches of the season, as he's gone 11-for-26 with a home run and 7:2 BB:K over his past eight starts.

Choi went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in a win over the Indians on Saturday.

His fifth-inning round tripper with Tommy Pham aboard snapped a 1-1 tie and was Choi's fourth of the season overall. The 28-year-old has now compiled half of his 16 RBI for the season in May on the strength of a trio of homers.

Reyes is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Toronto with a left shoulder issue, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.

Reyes apparently tweaked his left shoulder on a check swing in Friday's contest, leading him to be held out of the lineup for the last two games of the series. The 23-year-old indicated he feels well enough to play, but will nonetheless receive another day to recover. Rookie Josh Naylor will grab the start in right field in his absence.

Martinez (back) will serve as the Red Sox's designated hitter and bat cleanup Sunday against the Astros, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Martinez returned from a four-game absence to start in Friday's series opener, but his ongoing back issue resulted in him checking out of the lineup during Saturday's 4-3 loss. The Red Sox still made the slugger available off the bench for that contest, and he came in to deliver a two-out walk as a pinch hitter. After incurring no setbacks following the appearance, Martinez received the green light to fill his usual DH duties in the series finale.

Martinez (back) entered Saturday's game as a pinch hitter and drew a two-out walk in a 4-3 loss to the Astros.

He eventually got to second base but was caught in a rundown after a wild pitch didn't stray as far as he initially thought it would. He didn't look very spry during the sequence. Manager Alex Cora downplayed the back spasms that have caused Martinez to sit out of the starting lineup in five of the last six games, Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald reports. "Just a day off," Cora said.

Carpenter went 3-for-4 with one run scored and two RBI in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Braves.

Carpenter has responded well to dropping out of the leadoff spot, and he now has back-to-back multi-hit games for the first time this season. The 33-year-old's .222/.335/.389 slash line can still clearly use some work, but he appears to be trending in the right direction with a .305 average and three home runs over his last 10 games.

Blackmon (calf) remains out of the lineup Saturday against the Orioles.

Blackmon left Thursday's game with a calf issue and did not appear in Friday's contest. He remains day-to-day. David Dahl will be in right field again Saturday, with Ian Desmond starting in center.
