Ozuna went 3-for-4 with an RBI single and a run in a win over the Cubs on Saturday.

Ozuna was a thorn in the side of Cubs pitching throughout the night, posting his third multi-hit effort of the last four games in the process. The veteran has also driven in at least one run in five straight games while swatting a pair of homers over that span as well.

Carpenter is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Cubs.

Carpenter will head to the bench for the second time in four games after going 2-for-8 with one RBI and one walk in the first two games of the series. Jedd Gyorko will start at third base and bat sixth with lefty Cole Hamels on the mound for the Cubs.

Cabrera (knee) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Braves.

Cabrera left Friday's contest due to knee soreness, with the team announcing that the veteran would undergo an MRI on Saturday. The findings of the MRI still aren't known, and manager Ron Gardenhire relayed Sunday that Cabrera's knee is still being examined by "a lot of different doctors," according to Jason Beck of MLB.com. With the Tigers sitting at 22-33 and the 36-year-old Cabrera having dealt with some injuries the past few seasons, it's no surprise to see all involved exercise caution until the test results are known. Even if his knee checks out fine, expect Cabrera to receive plenty of days off the rest of the way in an effort to keep him healthy and productive.

Ramirez went 1-for-5 with a double, a run scored and three RBI in Saturday's 9-3 win over the Padres.

It's the rookie's first game as a Marlin with multiple RBI -- an impressive rebound after he saw his 10-game hitting streak snapped Friday. Ramirez is now slashing .355/.403/.468 with a homer, eight RBI and 10 runs through his first 17 big-league contests.

Winker grounded into two double plays in Saturday's loss to the Nationals, as the team hit into three double plays and left nine runners on base.

Though Winker had a single in the game, he was one of many Reds to fail in clutch situations Saturday. He's hitting .239/.312/.450 on the season.

Harper went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and two runs scored in a 4-3 loss to the Dodgers on Saturday.

Harper scored his first run of the night on a J.T. Realmuto single in the fourth inning before tying the game with his eighth-inning blast that also scored Jean Segura. Harper has multiple hits in four of his last five games, going 10-for-20 with two homers, five doubles and nine RBI in that span. Overall, the right fielder is hitting .252/.366/.495 with 11 homers in 58 games this season.

Cabrera (knee) will receive a second opinion on his MRI, Anthony Fenech of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Cabrera left Friday's game against the Braves due to right knee soreness and didn't start Saturday's contest. The severity of the injury should become clear once the second opinion is made public.

Turner (hamstring) is expected to return to the lineup Sunday or Monday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Turner is sitting Saturday against the Phillies for the third straight game. He went through a workout on the field Saturday afternoon, which apparently went well enough, as he isn't expected to miss much more time.

Pederson is not starting Saturday against the Phillies.

Pederson is again the victim of an opener, as he'll sit against lefty Jose Alvarez. Chris Taylor gets the call in left field.

Turner (hamstring) will sit for the third straight game Saturday against the Phillies, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Turner went through agility drills on the field prior to the game, suggesting his return may be close, but he'll remain on the bench for now. Max Muncy again starts at third base, with David Freese getting the call at first.
