Ohtani went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's loss to the Brewers.

Ohtani opened up the game with a leadoff home run against Jacob Misiorowski, but the Dodgers were blanked the rest of the way. It was Ohtani's second home run in July and his sixth home run in his last 15 games. He leads the National League in homers (31), slugging and OPS but is 14th with 57 RBI as the All-Star break approaches.

Keith went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run and three RBI in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Rays.

With Detroit trailing 2-1 entering the bottom of the fifth inning, Keith singled home a run to tie the game. He then had an even bigger hit two innings later, breaking the tie with a two-run home run, his eighth long ball of the season and second in as many days. Keith has been dialed in lately, recording a .441 batting average and 1.281 OPS over his last 10 contests. The 23-year-old has also settled in as Detroit's main leadoff option recently, and he's responded well in the role.

Grichuk was added to Tuesday's starting lineup as the designated hitter after Alek Thomas (knee) was scratched. Grichuk went 0-for-4 in a 1-0 loss to San Diego.

Grichuk, who typically starts against lefties only, made a second start against a right-hander (Nick Pivetta) since Pavin Smith (oblique) landed on the 10-day injured list. The lefty-batting Jake McCarthy was in the original starting lineup as the DH but moved to center field to cover for Thomas. Grichuk could see additional opportunities while Smith and Thomas are unavailable.

Rooker went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 10-1 win over Atlanta.

Rooker has been hitting well in recent weeks, going 16-for-60 (.267) with four homers and nine RBI over his last 16 games. The designated hitter was part of a five-homer attack for the Athletics in this contest, putting them ahead 3-0 in the first inning with the second of the team's round trippers. For the season, he's at a .271/.347/.492 slash line with 19 homers, 50 RBI, 56 runs scored, 19 doubles, two triples and two stolen bases over 93 games.

Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double, a stolen base and a hit-by-pitch in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Giants.

Schwarber's seventh-inning homer put the Phillies ahead 3-1. Over his last 20 games, he's batting .288 (21-for-73) with six homers, four doubles, four steals and 13 RBI. The 32-year-old is having a fantastic year with a .254/.384/.549 slash line, 28 homers, 65 RBI, 64 runs scored, nine steals, 13 doubles and one triple over 92 contests. At his current pace, Schwarber could take a run at his career highs in homers (47) and RBI (104) by the end of the season.

Keaschall (forearm) took batting practice and faced live pitching Tuesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Keaschall will likely soon start playing rehab games. The 22-year-old was given a recovery timeline of two months or more after being diagnosed with a fractured right forearm in late April. He'll likely need a lengthy rehab assignment, so it looks like he could return in late July or early August at this point.

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two runs scored, an RBI and a walk in Tuesday's win over the Reds.

Ramirez knocked an RBI double and scored a run during Miami's massive seven-run third inning before doubling and scoring again in the ninth. The rookie slugger has posted back-to-back games with multiple extra-base hits as he continues to impress at the dish. He's now slashing .249/.296/.487 with 33 extra-base hits and 41 RBI through 66 career games. Ramirez has gone 16-for-51 (.314) with five multi-hit performances over his last 13 games.

Devers is dealing with some back tightness and the earliest he'll play at first base is after the All-Star break, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

There has been no public discussion about Devers being placed on the injured list, but he is limited in both his running and fielding at the moment. The 28-year-old also has a groin issue, but the back injury has been causing Devers the most trouble, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Despite the ailment, Devers has gone 8-for-25 with a .859 OPS to begin July.

Soler isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Soler will grab a seat on the bench Tuesday after going 4-for-24 wtih a homer, three RBI and two runs scored in seven games since returning from the IL. LaMonte Wade will take his place in right field and bat eighth.

McCutchen isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Royals.

McCutchen will get a day to clear his head Tuesday after going 1-for-16 with seven strikeouts over his last four contests. His absence will allow Bryan Reynolds to serve as the DH, opening a spot in right field for Jack Suwinski.
