Brantley (ankle) took batting practice Thursday and is scheduled to perform running drills Friday, Paul Hoynes of Cleveland.com reports.

Brantley was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday, but he's on pace to have a brief stint on the sidelines. He's eligible to return Monday, so fantasy players setting weekly lineups should have a clear idea of his availability before rosters lock.

Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Thursday's loss to the Mariners.

Cabrera has missed some time with groin and oblique injuries, and the slugging first baseman has just eight home runs so far after launching 38 last year. His .820 OPS is also more than 100 points below his 2016 mark. However, Cabrera's track record suggests that he could go on a hot streak at any moment.

Turner went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Thursday's win over the Mets.

The homer, a third-inning shot off Steven Matz, was Turner's third off a southpaw this season. He has been punishing left-handed pitching this season after struggling against lefties to the tune of a .209/.303/.337 line last year. Turner was said to be dealing with "heavy legs" Wednesday, but it's not an issue which is expected to require significant maintenance.

Blackmon went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and two RBI during Thursday's loss to Arizona.

The outfielder is taking a run at a career year and continues to provide elite fantasy numbers. Blackmon ranks among the top 10 in the majors in RBI (56), runs (62), and batting average (.326), and his 16 homers and five stolen bases round out his beastly cross-category return.

Pederson is not in the lineup Thursday against the Mets, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Pederson has started nine straight games since returning from the disabled list, so he'll get a breather for Thursday's series finale as Enrique Hernandez takes over in center field. The 25-year-old has reached base in all nine games this month, slashing .267/.463/.567 with an impressive 6:9 K:BB over that span.

Turner (legs) is batting third and starting at third base Thursday against the Mets, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

After getting Wednesday off to rest his legs, Turner is good to go for Thursday's series finale. He'll look to keep up his stellar year at the dish when he returns to the lineup to face Steven Matz.

Belt is not in the lineup Thursday against the Braves, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Despite riding a four-game hitting streak, Belt is batting just .179 (4-for-31) over his last eight games, so he'll head to the bench to clear his head. Buster Posey will take over for him at first base while Nick Hundley gets the start behind the dish.

Torrens started in place of the injured Austin Hedges (thigh) on Wednesday, going 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in a win over the Cubs.

The Rule 5 draft pick was pushed into action and delivered just his second RBI in 69 plate appearances. Hedges wasn't expected to be held out long after leaving Tuesday's contest with an injury, but the club opted to give their starting catcher an extra day of rest with an off day scheduled Thursday. While he is expected to return to action Friday against the Tigers, Torrens could earn another start if Hedges isn't fully healed.

Manager Dave Roberts said Turner is not in the lineup Wednesday because his legs felt a little heavy, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Turner has appeared in 10-of-11 games since returning from a three-week stint on the DL with a hamstring injury, so the Dodgers are likely playing it safe with the hot-hitting third baseman. Consider him day-to-day for now; his status for Thursday's series finale will likely be determined closer to game time.
