Agustin Ramirez C | MIA
Marlins' Agustin Ramirez: Collects two steals in win
Ramirez went 2-for-5 with a walk, two stolen bases, two RBI and one run in Friday's 13-12 win over the Yankees.
After pilfering a bag in his MLB debut April 21, Ramirez went without a steal for 76 straight games before recently increasing his involvement in the running game. In his last seven starts, Ramirez has now gone 4-for-4 on stolen-base attempts while also chipping in three extra-base hits (one home run, two doubles) during that span. The 23-year-old continues to occupy a prominent spot in the Miami lineup, and his ability to contribute both as a power hitter and occasionally on the basepaths should make him a must-roster option even in one-catcher leagues for the rest of the season.

Kyle Manzardo 1B | CLE
Guardians' Kyle Manzardo: Drives in game-winning run
Manzardo went 2-for-4 with an RBI single in Friday's 3-2 extra inning win over Minnesota.
Manzardo sent the fans home happy after his single to left field brought Brayan Rocchio home. Manzardo has been red hot at the plate since the All-Star break and is in the midst of a 10-game hitting streak, going 15-for-33 (.455) with three home runs and 11 RBI over that span.

Andrew McCutchen DH | PIT
Pirates' Andrew McCutchen: Picks up five RBI in defeat
McCutchen went 3-for-5 with a walk, a three-run home run, three runs scored and five RBI in Friday's 17-16 loss to the Rockies.
It was a game in which McCutchen looked a lot like the player who won the 2013 NL MVP Award, knocking in five and picking up three hits. However, those moments have been rarer than in most seasons; his five RBI on Friday were more than he had in the entirety of July (three) and his OPS, boosted to .714 after his big game, is still on track to be his second-worst as a pro. The 17-year veteran is up to 11 home runs and 39 RBI in 96 games.

Wilmer Flores 1B | SF
Giants' Wilmer Flores: Nursing tight hamstring
Flores was pulled from Friday's game versus the Mets with left hamstring tightness, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Flores had to make an early exit from Friday's contest after tweaking his hamstring while running to first base in the eighth inning. The Giants haven't offered any information regarding the severity of the infielder's injury, but they may err on the side of caution and allow him to recover while keeping him on the bench for a day or two. Any missed time for Flores would likely spell DH reps for Rafael Devers and put Dominic Smith at first base.

Wilmer Flores 1B | SF
Giants' Wilmer Flores: Exits with injury
Flores was removed from Friday's game against the Mets with a lower-body injury, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Flores came up lame after legging out an infield single in the eighth inning and was immediately lifted for a pinch runner. It isn't immediately clear what is bothering the 33-year-old, but more information should come from the Giants after they take a closer look at him.

Mike Trout CF | LAA
Angels' Mike Trout: Sitting Friday with illness
Trout is not in the Angels' starting lineup against the White Sox on Friday due to an illness, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Trout has started in all 13 games since the All-Star break, going 11-for-49 (.224) with three doubles, two home runs and six RBI with a 41.7 percent strikeout rate over that span. However, an illness will send him to the bench for the start of Friday's series opener while Travis d'Arnaud serves as the designated hitter and bats eighth.

Yandy Diaz 1B | TB
Rays' Yandy Diaz: In Friday's lineup
Diaz (forearm) is starting at first base and leading off Friday against the Dodgers.
Diaz exited Thursday's game after getting hit on the arm by a pitch in his first plate appearance, but he's right back in there Friday against lefty Clayton Kershaw.

George Springer RF | TOR
Blue Jays' George Springer: Placed on 7-day concussion IL
The Blue Jays placed Springer (concussion) on the 7-day injured list Friday, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
Springer was hit in the head with a pitch Monday in Baltimore and hasn't played since, but he'll be eligible to return to the lineup next Tuesday in Colorado. In a corresponding move, the Blue Jays activated Daulton Varsho (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list.

Luke Keaschall 2B | MIN
Twins' Luke Keaschall: Continuing rehab stint
Keaschall (forearm) won't be reinstated from the 60-day injured list Friday and will continue his rehab assignment with Triple-A St. Paul, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
The Twins have a ton of roster spots to fill coming out of the trade deadline, but Keaschall needs a bit more time in the minors before rejoining the active roster. The 22-year-old served exclusively as a designated hitter during the first week of his rehab assignment, and he'll continue building up his defensive work with St. Paul. Once reinstated, Keaschall should see plenty of playing time following the departures of Carlos Correa (illness), Willi Castro, Harrison Bader and Ty France.

Moises Ballesteros C | CHC
Cubs' Moises Ballesteros: Returns to Triple-A
The Cubs optioned Ballesteros to Triple-A Iowa on Friday, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.
The 21-year-old was called up Wednesday by Chicago and went 1-for-2 with three-run double that day against Milwaukee, but he'll head back to the minors to make room on the MLB roster for trade deadline acquisition Willi Castro. Ballesteros has a .334/.393/.497 slash line with 26 doubles, nine homers and three steals in 86 games this year at Iowa.
