Logan Gillaspie RP | SD
Orioles' Logan Gillaspie: Optioned to Triple-A
The Orioles optioned Gillaspie to Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday.
Cole Irvin will get the call in a corresponding roster move, presumably to operate as a long reliever. Gillaspie threw 40 pitches out of the bullpen in Monday's loss to the Angels and was going to be unavailable for a bit. He carries a 6.75 ERA in 6.2 major-league innings this year.

Cody Bradford SP | TEX
Rangers' Cody Bradford: Roughed up in big-league debut
Bradford (0-1) took the loss against Atlanta on Monday, allowing six runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out three batters over five innings.
Bradford has posted an impressive 0.91 ERA through 39.2 innings at the Triple-A level this season, but he found the going much tougher in his first major-league start. The southpaw gave up plenty of hard contact, serving up a pair of homers and five total extra-base hits. Bradford drew a tough assignment for his MLB debut, so this outing shouldn't be seen as a baseline for his potential to succeed in the big leagues. Still, he may be sent back down to the minors since the Rangers currently have five healthy starters ahead of him.

Zach Neal RP | ATH
Athletics' Zach Neal: Heads back to Triple-A
Oakland optioned Neal to Triple-A Las Vegas on Monday.
Neal appeared in two games after being called up May 11 and allowed three runs over 3.1 innings (8.10 ERA) with three strikeouts and no walks. Adrian Martinez RP | ATH
Athletics' Adrian Martinez: Comes off injured list Monday
The Athletics reinstated Martinez (elbow) off the 15-day injured list Monday.
Martinez ended up missing three weeks with a right elbow strain. The right-hander has struggled to a 6.75 ERA over 17.1 innings while working out of the bullpen, and he'll likely be a middle-innings option for Oakland while he's with the roster. Zach Neal was sent back to Triple-A in a corresponding transaction.

Zach Pop RP | PHI
Blue Jays' Zach Pop: Continuing throwing program
Blue Jays manager John Schneider said Monday that Pop (hamstring) is continuing to move through his throwing program, Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic reports.
According to MLB.com, Pop was cleared to resume playing catch last Tuesday, just five days after suffering the right hamstring strain that forced him to the 15-day injured list. While it's unclear whether Pop has reached the point in his throwing program where he's facing hitters, the 26-year-old right-hander doesn't look as though he's in danger of being sidelined much longer than the minimum 15 days. He may require a brief rehab assignment prior to being activated, however.
