Jimenez was optioned to Triple-A Toledo on Sunday, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Jimenez made one appearance since his promotion to the big leagues Thursday, allowing one run on a hit while striking out one Friday against the Rangers. Spencer Turnbull (back) will be reinstated from the injured list Monday in a corresponding move.

Yacabonis allowed one hit and two walks in a scoreless first inning Sunday against the Blue Jays.

Yacabonis found himself in a jam after allowing a leadoff double followed by a pair of walks, but he induced a groundout and a double play to get out of the frame unscathed. The 27-year-old owns an ugly 7.15 ERA and 1.85 WHIP with a 33:22 K:BB over 39 innings this season for the Orioles.

Giles (elbow) tossed a scoreless eighth inning in Sunday's 6-5 win over the Orioles, allowing no hits and a walk and striking out a batter.

The appearance was Giles' first since July 27 while he missed time due to right elbow inflammation. Concerns over Giles' health ultimately killed his trade value prior to Wednesday's deadline, but now that he's back in action again, he should immediately reclaim his role as Toronto's closer. Giles has been one of the top endgamers throughout the campaign, converting 14 of 15 save chances while supplying a 1.54 ERA and 58:11 K:BB over 35 innings.

Lopez (6-9) picked up the win after giving up three runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out three over 5.1 innings Sunday against the Phillies.

Lopez certainly didn't have his best stuff in the series finale, though he kept his club in the ballgame and ended up with the win. He allowed one run in the fifth and two in the sixth prior to exiting. The 25-year-old owns a 5.41 ERA and 1.48 WHIP with a 120:49 K:BB across 129.2 frames this season for the White Sox.

Flynn cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Omaha on Sunday.

Flynn was designated for assignment by Kansas City on Friday, and after failing to draw interest while on waivers, he'll be assigned to Triple-A. He owns a 3.57 ERA and 1.49 WHIP with 18 strikeouts over 22.2 innings this season for the Storm Chasers.

Castro (illness) was unavailable out of the bullpen during Sunday's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

Castro missed his second straight game due to the illness, forcing the Orioles to turn to Branden Kline and Richard Bleier to bridge the gap to Shawn Armstrong, who came on to record the save. The Orioles demoted reliever Dillon Tate to Triple-A Norfolk after the contest, perhaps signaling some confidence that Castro will be ready to go for Monday's series opener with the Yankees.

The Orioles optioned Tate to Triple-A Norfolk following Sunday's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Tate made his third big-league appearance Sunday, giving up a run on two hits and a walk while striking out two over an inning of relief en route to earning his first hold. The right-hander surrendered runs in each of his three outings with the Orioles and will likely need to show improved command at Triple-A before getting a call back to the big club.

Barria (4-5) was hit with the loss after yielding three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out six over 3.2 innings Sunday against the Indians.

Barria surrendered a solo home run in the first and third innings, and he was chased from the contest with two outs in the fourth after allowing another solo blast. The 23-year-old failed to work deep into the ballgame, firing a total of 89 pitches to the 19 batters he faced. He'll head into his next start with a 6.36 ERA and 48 strikeouts over 46.2 innings.

Loaisiga (shoulder) made his second rehab appearance Sunday at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, retiring two of the six batters he faced while surrendering three runs on three hits and a walk.

Loaisiga kicked off his rehab assignment with Double-A Trenton on Tuesday, tossing two scoreless innings in what was his first action at any level since May 8. He was expected to work deeper into Sunday's outing, but he was only able to build up to 32 pitches before being pulled from the contest while the opposition was hitting him hard. Expect the 24-year-old to make at least one or two more rehab appearances in the minors before the Yankees entertain activating him. Loaisiga is expected to serve as a multi-inning reliever once he's reinstated.

The Red Sox recalled Weber from Triple-A Pawtucket ahead of Sunday's game against the Yankees, Michael Silverman of the Boston Herald reports.

He'll provide Boston with a fresh long-relief arm after the big club optioned bullpen members Josh A. Smith and Colten Brewer back to Triple-A Pawtucket following Saturday's doubleheader. Over eight appearances (three starts) with the Red Sox this season, Weber has posted a 5.25 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in 24 innings.
