Alex Colome RP | CHW
Rays' Alex Colome: Records 10th save
Colome pitched a clean ninth inning to record his 10th save of the season Saturday against the Angels.
Colome was called into action after Ryne Stanek allowed a two-run homer to Mike Trout. While Colome's season got off to a rocky start, he has now pitched five consecutive scoreless innings and successfully recorded four saves in that span.

Ryan Yarbrough RP | NYY
Rays' Ryan Yarbrough: Earns win Saturday
Yarbrough (4-2) allowed one earned run on four hits while walking one and striking out four over 6.1 innings to earn the win Saturday against the Angels.
Yarbrough didn't start Saturday but was effective after entering the game in the second inning following an inning from starter Sergio Romo. He wasn't especially deceptive but was able to pound the strike zone thanks to pitching the entire game with at least a four-run lead. He has settled nicely into his unique role, posting a 3.54 ERA and 1.11 WHIP over 40.2 innings this season.

Kendall Graveman RP | ARI
Athletics' Kendall Graveman: Candidate for promotion
Graveman is a candidate to be called up from Triple-A Nashville in the wake of recent injuries to Andrew Triggs (forearm) and Brett Anderson (shoulder), Susan Slusser of SFGate.com reports.
Graveman just headed back to the Sounds last Tuesday after a solid May 11 spot start against the Yankees in which he earned his first big-league win of the season. With both Triggs and Anderson now on the disabled list, the Athletics appear to have an opening for the 27-year-old right-hander. However, he likely wouldn't take the hill until Wednesday at the earliest if he's summoned, considering he threw 93 pitches over six innings for Nashville in a win over Oklahoma City on Friday.

Ariel Jurado RP | TEX
Rangers' Ariel Jurado: Rough debut Saturday
Jurado (0-1) took the loss against the White Sox on Saturday, giving up four runs on six hits and two walks over 4.2 innings while striking out two.
Making his big-league debut, the 22-year-old ran into trouble in the third inning and gave up all four of his runs, but Jurado was able to regain his footing and keep Chicago off the scoreboard until being yanked after 81 pitches (55 strikes). With Matt Moore (knee) and Martin Perez (elbow) both on the disabled list, and Cole Hamels (neck) not 100 percent either, Jurado may have shown enough to stick around in the Rangers' rotation for another turn or two.

Craig Kimbrel RP | KC
Red Sox's Craig Kimbrel: Notches 13th save Saturday
Kimbrel worked a perfect ninth inning Saturday to record his 13th save of the season in a 6-3 win over the Orioles.
It was Kimbrel's first appearance since April 25 in which he didn't strike out a batter, but he also hasn't walked a batter since April 5. The veteran closer has a 2.33 ERA, 0.72 WHIP and 27:4 K:BB through 19.1 innings on the year, and he appears firmly on his way to his eighth straight season with at least 30 saves.

Ryne Stanek RP | STL
Rays' Ryne Stanek: Heads back to big leagues
Stanek was recalled from Triple-A Durham on Saturday.
Stanek tossed 3.2 innings for the Rays earlier in the year, allowing one run on one hit and a pair of walks while striking out seven. In a corresponding move, Adeiny Hechavarria was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a right hamstring strain.

Blake Treinen RP | LAD
Athletics' Blake Treinen: Records 10th save
Treinen grabbed his 10th save of the year Saturday against the Blue Jays, slamming the door with a scoreless inning, allowing just one walk while striking out a pair of batters.
Treinen entered the game with a one-run lead in the ninth inning and got in little trouble, allowing just a two-out walk to Justin Smoak. He's now 10-for-12 in save chances and has a 1.19 ERA in 22.2 innings, striking out 27 while walking seven. The 29-year-old has been everything Oakland could ask for in a closer so far this year.

Sean Manaea SP | NYM
Athletics' Sean Manaea: Struggles through five innings
Manaea allowed four runs in five innings in a no-decision Saturday against the Blue Jays. He gave up five hits and three walks while striking out just two batters.
It was perhaps the weakest start of the season for the southpaw, who hasn't been hit particularly hard in any game so far this year. He notched four scoreless innings Saturday before running into trouble in a four-run fifth. After allowing just five earned runs in his first six starts, Manaea has now given up 15 in his last four. He'll next take the hill Thursday against the Mariners.

Matt Moore RP | BOS
Rangers' Matt Moore: Placed on disabled list
Moore was placed on the 10-day disabled list with right knee soreness Saturday.
Moore has an ugly 7.99 ERA through 41.2 innings so far this season, so the Rangers would love it if he could trace all his struggles back to an injury. Unfortunately, it's equally likely that the team is playing up a minor issue in order to give Moore some time out of the firing line after his disappointing start. He posted a 5.52 ERA last season for San Francisco, though, so there's little reason to believe that he'll suddenly be a capable starter after he returns from the DL. In a corresponding move, Ariel Jurado was called up from Double-A Frisco to take Moore's place in the rotation.
