Winder (shoulder) is continuing his rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul, Brandon Warne of Access Twins reported Tuesday.

Winder's rehab stint began with Low-A Fort Myers on April 30, and despite allowing four runs in 3.2 innings, he'll move up to St. Paul to continue his recovery. Even though he's set to return in late May or early June, Winder isn't guaranteed a big-league roster spot, so he'll likely need to make a strong case during his time at Triple-A to improve his chances.

Winckowski made his most recent appearance as a reliever in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Twins, tossing one inning and allowing one run on two hits.

Winckowski worked as a starter in each of his prior three outings, but his usage out of the bullpen to close out the weekend signals that he'll lose out on a rotation spot with Nick Pivetta (elbow) due to return from the 15-day injured list Wednesday and with Brayan Bello (lat) perhaps being activated from the IL as soon as Sunday. Over his three starts, Winckowski delivered a 1.69 ERA and 0.94 WHIP, but he never covered more than 4.1 innings in any outing and thus missed out on qualifying for a win on any occasion.

Anderson made his most recent appearance as a reliever in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Twins, covering two scoreless innings while giving up one hit and one walk and striking out one.

Anderson made a spot start April 25 in Cleveland, but his relief appearance over the weekend signals that he'll lose out on a rotation spot with Nick Pivetta (elbow) on track to return from the 15-day injured list to start Wednesday in Atlanta.

Adams recorded his ninth hold in Monday's loss to the Rangers, firing a scoreless seventh inning during which he recorded two strikeouts.

Adams got through his one frame on a fairly efficient 14 pitches, lowering his ERA to 1.59 in the process. The right-hander has now cobbled together six consecutive scoreless appearances, a span in which he's recorded four holds and an 11.3 K/9.

Bachman (shoulder) is scheduled to throw off a mound Tuesday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Bachman underwent shoulder surgery last October and had his rehab halted by back spasms in late April. However, the back issue appears to have subsided, allowing the right-hander to resume working toward a return to game action. Bachman is likely to need a multi-week rehab assignment in the minors before the Angels consider bringing him up to the big-league club.

The Athletics optioned Jimenez to Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday.

The right-hander began the season in a high-leverage role and didn't give up an earned run in his first five appearances, but he has a 5.40 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 9:8 K:BB over his past 10 innings. Six of those walks came in Jimenez's past four outings, and he'll head to Triple-A to work on his command.

Ramirez (2-0) walked one and struck out one across three scoreless innings to earn the win Monday against the White Sox.

Ramirez followed starter Tyler Alexander into the game in the fifth inning and turned in his second consecutive scoreless appearance. Ramirez has worked primarily in long relief since being recalled to the Rays on April 21, as he's completed at least two frames in four of his six outings. Despite limited strikeout upside -- he has eight punchouts across 11.1 innings of work -- he could be in position to earn more wins than a traditional reliever.

Clase picked up the save Monday against Detroit, striking out one batter across a perfect ninth frame.

Clase turned in a third consecutive perfect outing, throwing merely nine pitches to earn his 11th save of 2024. The 26-year-old has been incredible thus far, boasting a 19:1 K:BB and a 0.49 ERA through 18.1 innings and is tied for the league lead in saves.

Sandlin (3-0) allowed a hit and struck out one without walking a batter over 1.1 innings to earn the win Monday over the Tigers.

Sandlin is on a six-inning scoreless streak, during which he has permitted three baserunners (two hits, one hit batsman). The right-hander has been a go-to option for manager Stephen Vogt -- Sandlin is already up to 19 appearances this season, tied with teammates Emmanuel Clase and Scott Barlow for the major-league lead. Through 17.2 innings, Sandlin has pitched to a 2.04 ERA, 0.62 WHIP and 20:3 K:BB while adding a save and two holds. He's not a full-time high-leverage reliever, but he's been steady for a strong Guardians bullpen when called upon.

Yates picked up a save against the A's on Monday, walking one batter in a scoreless inning of work.

Yates got the ball with Texas holding a two-run lead in the ninth inning and walked the second batter he faced to bring the tying run to the plate. However, the veteran reliever got Brett Harris to line into a double play to end the contest and secure his sixth save. Yates still hasn't given up a run this season, and he's yielded just three hits over 15 innings. After resurrecting his career in Atlanta's bullpen last year, he's emerged as one of fantasy's most valuable closers early in the 2024 campaign.
