The Brewers reinstated Bukauskas (neck) from the 15-day injured list Monday and optioned him to Triple-A Nashville.

Bukauskas made two rehab appearances for Nashville last week to prove that he's no longer bothered by the strained neck, but the Brewers simply don't have room on the 26-man active roster at the moment for another low-leverage reliever. He'll continue to work out of the Nashville bullpen and could be an option to rejoin the big club the next time Milwaukee needs a fresh arm.

Castro picked up the save in Monday's 9-8 win over the Phillies. He allowed one run on two hits and no walks while striking out one over one inning.

Castro's seventh save of the season wasn't particularly smooth, but the Diamondbacks' two-run lead heading into the ninth inning provided him just enough cushion. The right-hander has had a shaky start to June, giving up six runs across three innings. With the Diamondbacks still taking a closer-by-committee approach at the back end of their bullpen, fantasy managers can't count on Castro continuing to get consistent save opportunities if he keeps giving up runs.

Strahm didn't factor into the decision in Monday's 9-8 loss to the Diamondbacks after striking out one and allowing three runs on four hits and one walk over 2.2 innings.

Strahm has had a rough last couple of appearances, as he's given up six runs over his last 3.2 innings. The Phillies have used the southpaw as both a starter and reliever this year, yielding mixed results. On a positive note, his 1.09 WHIP is his lowest mark since 2020.

Carasiti picked up a save in the Rockies' 4-3 extra-inning win over the Red Sox on Monday. He allowed an unearned run on one hit in his lone inning of relief.

Carasiti allowed the "ghost runner" to score in the 10th inning but still closed out the narrow win. He's turned in 13 consecutive frames without allowing an earned run after getting tagged with six runs in his season debut May 21. He lowered his ERA to 3.86 with a 7:6 K:BB through 14 innings.

Iglesias allowed three runs on five hits in one inning of work during Monday's loss to Detroit. He struck out two and was charged with a blown save.

Tasked with holding on to a 5-2 lead, Iglesias coughed up three runs and allowed the Tigers to eventually win in the 10th inning. He was riding an 11.1-inning scoreless streak since his last blown save May 14. Iglesias saw his ERA jump to 4.02 with an 18:6 K:BB across 15.2 frames.

Doval walked two batters and allowed a hit in 1.1 scoreless frames while earning a save over the Cardinals on Monday.

Doval wasn't at his best Monday, tossing just 13 of his 27 pitches for strikes, but still managed to pick up his 17th save of the year. He's converted 14 consecutive saves since the start of May while dropping his season ERA to 1.86 through 29 frames. During that stretch, he's allowed just two earned runs with a 26:6 K:BB over 18 innings.

Naughton will be evaluated after he "felt a tug" in his left forearm during his first rehab appearance with Triple-A Memphis on Sunday, Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol told Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat on Monday.

Naughton lasted just three pitches before suffering the setback. He's missed nearly all of the season with the arm issue and clearly isn't going to be rejoining the St. Louis bullpen anytime soon.

Tests on Helsley's injured right forearm came back negative, but he will be shut down for several days, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Helsley felt tightness in his forearm while playing catch Sunday and was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday. While it would appear he's not currently dealing with any structural damage, his absence could still be fairly lengthy since he'll need to be build back up after the shutdown period. Giovanny Gallegos will be the Cardinals' closer while Helsley is out.

The Diamondbacks optioned Ginkel to Triple-A Reno on Monday.

Ginkel's demotion clears room in the bullpen for lefty Joe Mantiply (hamstring), who was reinstated from the 15-day injured list. After winning a spot in Arizona's Opening Day bullpen, Ginkel scooped up three wins and one hold while pitching to a 2.76 ERA and 1.13 WHIP across 29.1 innings. He should rank near the top of the list for a promotion the next time Arizona is in need of an extra relief arm.

The Diamondbacks designated Misiewicz for assignment Monday.

Misiewicz will be removed from a team's 40-man roster for the third time in 2023 after the Royals and Cardinals previously designated him for assignment. The 28-year-old lefty reliever was recently reinstated from the 15-day injured list after missing time with a calf strain. If Misiewicz isn't traded elsewhere or goes unclaimed off waivers, he'll likely remain in the Diamondbacks organization as relief depth at Triple-A Reno.
