Hader allowed a solo home run and was charged with a blown save during Sunday's loss to the Dodgers. He pitched one inning and did not record a strikeout.

Mookie Betts drilled a two-out, game-tying solo homer off Hader in the ninth inning. The Padres would go on to lose in the 10th inning, so Hader wasn't charged with a loss. It was his first blown save after converting 11 straight to begin the season. Hader still owns a strong 1.13 ERA and 20:6 K:BB through 16 innings this season.

Harvey walked one and struck out one in a scoreless and hitless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 9-8 win over the Diamondbacks.

It didn't look like the Nationals were going to produce a save opportunity until Joey Meneses put them ahead with a three-run home run in the top of the ninth inning. With Kyle Finnegan having pitched three of the last four days and blowing a save Saturday, Harvey got the call instead, and he delivered his first save of the season. The right-hander has mostly functioned in a setup role this year, with seven holds and a blown save through 15 appearances. He's kept runs off the board in six of his last seven outings and owns a 2.30 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 18:7 K:BB through 15.2 innings overall.

Sanmartin departed Sunday's appearance versus the White Sox due to left elbow soreness, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Sanmartin was charged with three runs over 1.1 innings Sunday before exiting. He will be re-evaluated Monday, at which point we should know whether he'll require a stint on the injured list.

Miller was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Sunday, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Miller was called up from Nashville in late April and appeared in three games during his time with the Brewers, allowing one run on three hits with two strikeouts and no walks across 4.2 innings. He has a 1.42 ERA over 12.2 frames at Triple-A this year and should rejoin the big club at some point later in the season.

Hughes (knee) will throw a bullpen session Sunday, Andy Martinez of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Hughes' inflamed left knee responded well to playing catch Friday, so he'll take the next step forward in his throwing progression by getting back on the mound to close out the weekend. Because he's on the injured list for the second time this season with a left knee issue, Hughes may not be a lock to be activated from the IL in the minimum 15 days. He'll likely need to make at least one or two minor-league rehab appearances prior to being reinstated.

Helsley (knee) said he's a "full go" for Sunday's game against the Tigers, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Helsley didn't allow a run over two-thirds of an inning Friday versus Detroit but wasn't available for Saturday's contest due to some soreness around his surgically repaired left knee, though it's apparently not much of a concern. The 28-year-old righty has given up runs in just two of his 11 outings this season, though he's only 3-for-6 in save chances and has a somewhat bloated 3.75 ERA since he allowed five runs between those two contests.

Chafin allowed three runs and an inherited runner to score on four hits and picked up a blown save in Saturday's 8-7 win over Washington.

Chafin was part of a bullpen implosion that let a 6-2 lead entering the ninth inning slip away. Fortunately for Arizona's closer, Chafin avoided the loss when his teammates mounted their own comeback in the bottom of the frame. The left-hander, who's converted five of seven save chances, has pitched better (2.50 SIERA, 2.36 xFIP) than his 4.26 ERA suggests.

Finnegan (1-2) took the loss and blew the save against the Diamondbacks on Saturday, allowing two runs on two hits and three walks over one-third of an inning.

Washington mounted an impressive ninth-inning comeback Saturday, scoring five runs in the top of the frame to take a 7-6 lead. However, Finnegan couldn't close the door on Arizona, serving up a leadoff homer to Lourdes Gurriel and retiring just one batter before the winning run crossed the plate. Finnegan's problems were largely due to his lack of control -- he threw just eight of 17 pitches for a strike and walked three batters (one intentionally), with the final blow being a walkoff free pass issued to Pavin Smith. The outing lifted Finnegan's season ERA to an ugly 6.75, though he likely has some cushion as the team's closer since he has converted seven of nine opportunities on the campaign. The right-hander has had two bad blow-ups this season (including Saturday's), but in his other 13 appearances he's posted a 2.13 ERA over 12.2 frames.

Iglesias picked up a save against the Orioles on Saturday with a perfect inning during which he struck out two batters.

Iglesias was reinstated from the injured list Friday and didn't have to wait long for his first save opportunity. The right-hander got the ninth inning in his season debut Saturday and protected a one-run lead with aplomb, throwing 10 of 13 pitches for a strike and fanning the first two batters he faced. A.J. Minter -- who filled as Atlanta's closer while Iglesias was out of commission -- handled the eighth inning and got the win Saturday, which is a further indication that Iglesias will likely have closing duties to himself moving forward.

Gallegos (1-2) allowed an unearned run on three hits and struck out one without walking a batter in two innings, taking the extra-inning loss Saturday versus the Tigers.

Gallegos was bailed out by a double play in the ninth inning, but he didn't have the same luck when Akil Baddoo hit an RBI double in the 10th. Ryan Helsley (knee) was unavailable Saturday, which likely factored in the decision to give Gallegos multiple innings in this appearance. Over his last four outings, the right-hander has surrendered five runs (four earned) and taken two losses over 4.1 innings. He's at a 2.84 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 12:2 K:BB through 12.2 frames this season. If Helsley's knee issue requires more than just a couple of days, Gallegos would likely get a look for save opportunities despite his poor pitching recently.
