Lee allowed three unearned runs on two hits and a walk over two innings in Thursday's loss to the Mets. He struck out two.

The left-hander entered the game with Atlanta already down 7-0, and an Austin Riley error cushioned the blow to his ERA. Lee has been used in low-leverage long relief spots to begin the season, working more than one inning in all four of his appearances with a 0.00 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 5:3 K:BB through eight innings. While the early ratios are impressive, Lee has yet to collect a win, hold or save, and his fantasy value will remain limited without a more prominent role in the bullpen.

Adams garnered his third hold in a win over the Rangers on Thursday, firing a scoreless two-thirds of an inning.

Adams wrapped up the seventh for starter JP Sears, who frustrated the potent Rangers lineup for 6.1 innings by limiting Texas to one hit and three walks. Adams has been highly impressive in his own right thus far, with Thursday's appearance marking his sixth without an earned run in as many trips to the mound, as well as his third in the last four with a hold.

Kimbrel (2-0) struck out one in a perfect ninth inning to earn the win over the Red Sox on Thursday.

Kimbrel now has two wins and two saves (in three attempts) through five appearances. He did his job to keep the game tied at 3-3 in the ninth Thursday before the Orioles' offense erupted in the 10th. He's kept runs off the board in four of his outings while posting an 8:0 K:BB over five innings this season. Kimbrel pitched both Wednesday and Thursday, so manager Brandon Hyde may turn to Yennier Cano or Dillon Tate if a save situation arises Friday versus the Brewers.

The Twins will call up Woods Richardson from Triple-A st. Paul to start the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus the Tigers, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

The right-hander was rocked for seven runs over 3.1 innings in his last start at St. Paul. However, he's on the 40-man roster and will be on five days rest Saturday, so that's why Woods Richardson is getting the nod. He made one extended relief appearance last season with Minnesota, allowing five runs over 4.2 frames.

Atlanta recalled Vines from Triple-A Gwinnett on Friday.

The right-hander made his last start for Gwinnett on April 4 and should immediately be available out of the bullpen for Atlanta. However, according to Mark Bowman of MLB.com, Vines could be an option to start Tuesday against the Astros, depending on his usage over the next few days. The 25-year-old Vines made his MLB debut last season and had a 3.98 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 14:7 K:BB across 20.1 innings.

Slaten allowed one walk and struck out one over two scoreless innings in Thursday's 9-4 extra-inning loss to Baltimore.

Slaten picked up his second hold in support of starter Garrett Whitlock's five strong innings, but shoddy infield defense eventually allowed the Orioles to post a second straight comeback win. Slaten, a Rule 5 pick, has sparkled thus far; the right-hander has allowed one hit and one walk while striking out seven over 7.2 scoreless innings.

Campbell (0-1) was charged with the loss against Baltimore on Thursday. He allowed six runs (five earned) on four hits and one walk while striking out one over one inning.

Campbell entered to pitch the 10th inning and immediately gave up a two-run home run to Gunnar Henderson. The right-hander later allowed a three-run homer to Colton Cowser. Campbell will be happy to see to Orioles moving on; he allowed three runs in an inning Wednesday as part of a bullpen meltdown that let Baltimore overcome a 5-0 deficit.

Miller earned a save against the Rangers on Thursday, striking out two batters in a perfect inning of work.

Miller was tasked with protecting a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the ninth inning, and he did so impressively, throwing 13 of 16 pitches for strikes and punching out two of the three batters he faced. The strikeouts were against two of Texas' top hitters -- Marcus Semien and Corey Seager -- giving added emphasis to how well Miller pitched under pressure. The right-hander has registered a save in each of his past two appearances and hasn't allowed a run since his first outing of the campaign. He's posted 12 punchouts to just three walks over seven frames and certainly looks like Oakland's top option for closing duties.

Cuas was optioned to Triple-Iowa on Thursday.

Cuas was projected to serve in a prominent role in the Cubs' bullpen, but he surrendered at least one earned run in four of his first five appearances to begin the campaign. He'll look to get on track at Iowa and has a good chance to return to the majors fairly quickly.

Holderman allowed two runs (one earned) on one hit across two-thirds of an inning Thursday against the Phillies.

Holderman was sidelined with an illness for a significant part of spring training, so he began on the season injured list to build up his workload. He was activated Thursday and entered the game in the seventh inning, only to serve up a two-run home run to the second batter he faced. Holderman will likely pitch in high-leverage spots, though he'll be behind both David Bednar and Aroldis Chapman for save opportunities.
