Bolton was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday.

Bolton will return to Indianapolis after being called up July 7, pitching a scoreless inning while allowing one hit and striking out two batters in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Giants. Right-hander Quinn Priester was called up and is set to make his first major-league start Monday against the Guardians.

Weiss was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

Weiss had gone two scoreless innings over the last two days but threw 37 pitches in the process, so the Angels are sending him out in favor of a fresh arm. The 31-year-old should be back later this summer.

Reyes was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

Reyes has allowed four runs over four innings during his brief time with the Angels over the past two seasons. He'll operate in a low-leverage relief role.

Devenski was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday with a strained right hamstring, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Devenski has struggled lately, particularly in his last appearance when he gave up five runs while recording just two outs. Jimmy Herget will slide into his spot in the Angels' bullpen.

Herget was a key reliever with the Angels last season but has struggled during his time with the big club in 2023, holding a 5.17 ERA in 15 relief appearances. He's take Chris Devenski's spot on the roster.

La Sorsa was called up from Triple-A Rochester on Monday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

La Sorsa was sent down to Rochester on July 7, but he'll rejoin Washington's bullpen ahead of the team's three-game series against the Cubs on the road. The left-hander will replace Hunter Harvey (forearm) on the Nationals' major-league roster after Harvey was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday. La Sorsa has produced a bloated 18.00 ERA and 3.25 WHIP with four strikeouts over four innings in five relief appearances with Washington this season.

Adon was optioned to Triple-A Rochester on Monday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

After being called up July 7, Adon will return to Triple-A, having allowed three runs on three hits, including two homers, over two appearances with the Nationals while a member of the major-league bullpen. Patrick Corbin was activated from the paternity list Monday and will replace Adon on Washington's roster.

The Nationals placed Harvey on the 15-day injured list Monday with a right elbow strain, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Harvey felt soreness in both his forearm and triceps Saturday, and the Nationals have since identified his elbow as the main source of his discomfort. He's set to undergo additional imaging on his throwing arm in the near future, and once the results of an MRI are available, the Nationals could provide an updated timeline for his return. For the time being, Kyle Finnegan will likely operate as Washington's preferred ninth-inning option out of the bullpen. Left-handed reliever Joe La Sorsa was recalled from Triple-A Rochester to replace Harvey on the major-league roster.

Jackson (elbow) did not feel any residual effects from Saturday's bullpen session, the team's official site reports.

Jackson reported feeling good Sunday and is now set to face live hitters in a batting practice session as his next step. The right-hander last saw game action May 16, so he projects for a fairly lengthy rehab assignment whenever he reaches that stage of his recovery.

Jimenez (shoulder) came out of Saturday's 15-pitch live batting practice session feeling good, the team's official site reports.

It's another step in the right direction during the extensive recovery process for Jimenez, whose stint on the injured list will hit three months Wednesday. The right-hander's ability to get through facing live hitters without residual issues is another positive, but he remains without a timetable for return.
