Easton McGee SP | MIL
Brewers' Easton McGee: Returns to Triple-A
McGee was optioned to Triple-A Nashville following Sunday's 8-1 win over the Nationals.
McGee will return to Triple-A after being called up July 1 and tossing three innings of one-run ball during which he allowed two hits and two walks while punching out three batters in three relief appearances. The right-hander has produced a 2.57 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with seven strikeouts over five innings in five outings with the Brewers this season, and he'll likely get another shot with the big-league club down the road this year.

Daniel Palencia RP | CHC
Cubs' Daniel Palencia: Records another save Sunday
Palencia tossed a scoreless ninth inning with a strikeout to secure the save in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Yankees.
Palencia was needed to put out a fire Saturday, retiring the final two batters of the game to record a save, but he had a more conventional appearance Sunday. The righty came on for the full ninth inning with the Cubs up three runs, and he retired New York in order on 14 pitches to pick up his 12th save of the season. Palencia has emerged as Chicago's clear top closer, and he's been lights-out in the role with a 1.57 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 39 strikeouts across 34.1 innings. Given how well the Cubs are playing, Palencia figures to see plenty of save chances moving forward, which boosts his fantasy profile.

Scott Blewett RP | BAL
Orioles' Scott Blewett: Shelved with elbow injury
The Orioles placed Blewett on the 15-day injured list Sunday due to right elbow discomfort.
The injury presumably surfaced during Blewett's appearance in a 6-0 loss to the Marlins on Saturday, when he surrendered four runs over one inning. Catcher David Banuelos was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk in a corresponding move.

Michael Petersen P | MIA
Braves' Michael Petersen: DFA'd by Atlanta
Atlanta designated Petersen for assignment Sunday.
The right-hander was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett in late June and has now also lost his place on the 40-man roster. Petersen could remain with Gwinnett if he passes through waivers unclaimed.

Daysbel Hernandez RP | ATL
Braves' Daysbel Hernandez: Sent to Gwinnett
Atlanta optioned Hernandez to Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday.
The right-hander enters Sunday having pitched three of the previous four days, so he'll head to the minors in favor of a fresh bullpen arm in right-hander Wander Suero, who was called up from Gwinnett. Hernandez has recorded seven holds with a 2.10 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 30:24 K:BB across 30 innings this season, so he's a strong bet to rejoin Atlanta's bullpen during the second half of the campaign.

Wander Suero RP | ATH
Braves' Wander Suero: Called up to majors
Atlanta selected Suero's contract from Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday.
The right-hander inked a minor-league deal with Atlanta during the offseason and will join the big-league roster for the final game before the All-Star break. Suero pitched well in 33 outings for Gwinnett with a 1.50 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 49:10 K:BB across 36 innings.

Andry Lara SP | WAS
Nationals' Andry Lara: Summoned to big-league bullpen
The Nationals recalled Lara from Double-A Harrisburg on Sunday.
Lara will provide some extra bullpen coverage in Sunday's series finale with the Brewers after the Nationals burned through four relievers Saturday. Washington optioned Shinnosuke Ogasawara to Triple-A Rochester following Saturday's game, and it's possible Lara ends up getting a look in the rotation to begin the second half. The 22-year-old right-hander has turned in a 7.50 ERA and 2.00 WHIP over 36 innings in the minors this season but was effective in his MLB debut July 2, holding the Tigers scoreless while striking out four over three innings.

Cameron Booser SP | TB
White Sox's Cam Booser: Activated and optioned
The White Sox reinstated Booser (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list and optioned him to Triple-A Charlotte on Sunday.
Initially placed on the IL on June 20 due to a left shoulder strain, Booser will stick around with Charlotte after he completed a two-appearance rehab assignment with the affiliate earlier in the week. Prior to being shut down with the injury, Booser had been working in a middle relief role for Chicago, logging one win, seven holds and one save while pitching to a 5.11 ERA and 1.42 WHIP over 24.2 innings.

Austin Warren RP | NYM
Mets' Austin Warren: Sent back to Triple-A
The Mets optioned Warren to Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday.
After serving as the Mets' 27th man in Thursday's doubleheader with the Orioles, Warren was returned to Triple-A on Friday before being recalled later that day. He didn't end up making an appearance over the last two days and will once again return to the minors, this time to clear a spot on the active roster for Sean Manaea (elbow/oblique).

Mason Miller SP | SD
Athletics' Mason Miller: Secures 18th save
Miller walked one and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his 18th save of the season in a 4-3 win over the Blue Jays.
After walking Joey Loperfido to lead off the frame, Miller buckled down and fanned Ernie Clement and George Springer to wrap up the victory. The flamethrowing righty hit triple-digit mph with 10 of his 18 pitches (nine strikes), and on the season he sports a 4.15 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 56:17 K:BB through 34.2 innings while converting 18 of his 21 save chances.
