Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Battling hamstring strain
Bundy was scratched from Sunday's scheduled start against the Rays due to a strained hamstring.
Chris Tillman is filling in for Bundy on Sunday. The team hasn't elaborated on the severity of Bundy's injury, so his availability for the remainder of the season is unclear as of now. Bundy has struggled a bit lately, as he's allowed 12 runs over his last three starts (14.1 innings).

Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Scratched from Sunday start
Bundy was scratched from starting Sunday's game against the Rays, Jon Meoli of The Baltimore Sun reports.
The Orioles will send Chris Tillman to the hill instead of Bundy on Sunday afternoon. The reason for the change is unknown at this point, but more information should be available in the near future.

Justin Verlander SP | DET
Astros' Justin Verlander: Working on changeup
Verlander indicated his changeup last Friday was the best it's been in his four starts with the Astros, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Verlander threw the changeup just three times during Friday's start, but all resulted in strikes. He hasn't thrown more than three changeups in a start since July 24 and has thrown it just four percent of time all season. Despite being dominant since joining Houston with a 0.64 ERA in 28 innings, Verlander feels the need to add another weapon and has been working to incorporate a changeup with pitching coach Brent Strom. Given his success since joining the Astros, it's hard to imagine how much better Verlander could be with another weapon.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Fans nine in Saturday win
Odorizzi (10-8) allowed one unearned run on three hits and two walks while striking out nine over six innings to earn the victory Saturday against the Orioles.
Odorizzi gave up a first-inning run, but silenced the Orioles' bats the rest of the way while Lucas Duda smashed a three-run homer to give him enough run support to win his 10th game of the year. He's allowed just three earned runs over four September starts to lower his ERA from 4.85 to 4.26, and he's been a strong fantasy option down the stretch. He'll make his next start Friday against the Orioles.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Cruises to sixth win
Rodriguez (6-6) earned the win over the Reds on Saturday, allowing three hits and two walks while striking out six over 7.2 scoreless innings.
He didn't give up a hit until the fourth inning, and all three hits against him on the day were singles (one of the infield variety). The lefty has been pitching brilliantly throughout September, posting a 2.13 ERA and 30:8 K:BB over his last four starts. Rodriguez endured a rough stretch upon his return from knee surgery, and pitching coach Carl Willis told CSNNE.com that he felt altered mechanics were largely to blame for those prolonged struggles. Now that Rodriguez has regained confidence in the knee and is pushing off the mound better with his lower half, he's looking like a potential playoff starter for Boston.

Matthew Boyd SP | CHC
Tigers' Matt Boyd: Suffers 10th loss in solid outing Saturday
Boyd (6-10) allowed two runs, one of which was earned, on four hits and two walks while striking out six over 6.2 innings in a no-decision against the Twins on Saturday.
Boyd pitched well and left the game with a 3-2 lead, which the bullpen promptly blew, keeping him from picking up his seventh win of the season. He's had a strong September, as he's allowed just seven earned runs over five starts to lower his ERA by more than a full run. His next start has yet to be determined.

Carlos Rodon SP | NYY
White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Surgery remains possible
Rodon and the White Sox are still trying to determine whether he will have surgery on his left (throwing) shoulder, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
The southpaw was shut down for the season earlier in September and has not thrown since. Rodon's offseason recovery will determine how aggressively fantasy players should pursue him in 2018 drafts, though we're seemingly a long way from finding out the specifics about his timetable.
-
Carlos Carrasco RP | ATL
Indians' Carlos Carrasco: Earns 17th victory Saturday
Carrasco (17-6) allowed one run on six hits and two walks while striking out six over 5.2 innings to earn the victory Saturday against the Mariners.
Carrasco held the Mariners scoreless through five innings before giving up his lone run in the sixth frame, but the Indians had already provided him enough offensive support to help him earn his 17th victory the campaign. He's held opponents to one or fewer earned runs in five of his last six starts to lower his ERA from 3.95 to 3.43, and he's been at his absolute best during the fantasy playoffs. He'll make his next start Friday against the White Sox.
-
Sonny Gray SP | BOS
Yankees' Sonny Gray: Fires quality start in victory
Gray (10-11) allowed one run on four hits and three walks while striking out four across six innings to earn the win Saturday against the Blue Jays.
Gray gave up a solo homer in the third inning, but otherwise held the Blue Jays in check while the Yankees scored three times in the fifth inning to help him get his 10th victory of the campaign. He's been outstanding in three of his last four starts, and overall, he's been an excellent fantasy option since joining the Yankees on Aug. 3. He'll make his next start Friday against the Blue Jays.
-
Charlie Morton SP | ATL
Astros' Charlie Morton: Allows one run in Saturday win
Morton (13-7) allowed one run on four hits and one walk while striking out five across seven innings to earn the win Saturday against the Angels.
Morton fired six shutout innings before allowing a solo homer in the seventh inning, but the offense had already provided him with a five-run lead, and he was easily able to cruise to his 13th victory of the season. He's been hot throughout the month of September, as he's allowed just six earned runs over four starts to lower his ERA from 3.88 to 3.63, and he's been an excellent source of fantasy production down the stretch. He'll make his next start Thursday against the Red Sox.
