Jose Berrios SP | TOR
Twins' Jose Berrios: Takes second loss
Berrios (7-2) allowed four runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out seven batters through 6.1 innings during Monday's loss to Boston.
Berrios held the Red Sox to two runs through six frames, but then he was charged with two more after recording just a single out and being pulled in the seventh inning. Minnesota's hitters had a tough draw against Chris Sale, so Berrios holding them in the game into the seventh shouldn't be underappreciated. The sophomore righty will take an impressive 2.98 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 9.0 K/9 into his next start against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium.

Carlos Rodon SP | NYY
White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Confirmed as Wednesday's starter
Rodon (biceps) has been confirmed as the starter for Wednesday's game against the Yankees.
Rodon has been out since spring training due to injury, but his 2017 season debut is finally in the headlights. However, his minor-league rehab starts haven't been the most encouraging -- 14 earned runs over 13.2 innings -- so the southpaw certainly carries plenty of risk in fantasy until he proves he's back on track. Wednesday's outing should help us get a clearer read on Rodon's readiness, though the team may limit his pitch count in his initial starts.

Cole Hamels SP | SD
Rangers' Cole Hamels: Activated from DL ahead of start
Hamels (oblique) was reinstated from the disabled list Monday ahead of his start versus the Indians.
It will be Hamels' first start since April 26, and it comes against a Cleveland team that scored just two runs over a three-game series against the Twins this past weekend. The southpaw has a 3.03 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP over just five starts this year -- a slight improvement over his 2016 numbers. Drew Robinson was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock in the corresponding move.

Sonny Gray SP | BOS
Athletics' Sonny Gray: Earns win Sunday
Gray (3-3) picked up the win and allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits Sunday against the White Sox. He struck out seven and walked one.
Gray was 0-2 with a 6.43 ERA (20 earned runs over 28 innings pitched) in his last five starts but rebounded nicely with his performance Sunday. The only earned run against Gray came on a home run from Adam Engel in the third inning.

Parker Bridwell SP | LAA
Angels' Parker Bridwell: Strong start leads to win
Bridwell (2-0) earned the win Sunday against the Red Sox and allowed two runs on seven hits over 6.2 innings. He struck out four and did not walk a batter.
In his third career start, Bridwell shined and helped the Angels secure a victory. The right-hander is now 2-0 in those starts, giving up seven earned runs over 17.2 innings, and the team has won all three of those games. Bridwell is in the rotation filling in for Matt Shoemaker, who is currently on the disabled list with a right forearm extensor strain. Shoemaker has resumed throwing but is likely to miss his scheduled turn in the rotation on Friday against the Mariners, meaning Bridwell will likely get another start.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Allows four runs Sunday
Odorizzi allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out five batters through 5.1 innings during Sunday's loss to Baltimore. He didn't factor into the decision.
The long ball plagued Odorizzi again Sunday. He's now allowed eight homers through his past five starts and sports a worrisome 2.1 HR/9 for the year. His 4.00 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 7.8 K/9 have him on the fantasy radar, but it also isn't out of the question to be selective when using him going forward. Odorizzi projects to face Baltimore again in his next start.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: May not return until mid-July
Keuchel (neck) is likely to be out until after the All-Star break, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Although the southpaw has began throwing at 120 feet, he has yet to make any pitches on a mound, causing the Astros to be realistic about his return date. Since the team has little reason to rush its ace back into the fold, it has become likelier that he will be out until the end of the All-Star break, placing his return around July 14.

Carlos Rodon SP | NYY
White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Back with White Sox
Rodon (biceps) has returned to Chicago and will be in line to pitch this week, MLB.com's Scott Merkin reports.
Rodon apparently will make his first start of the season during Wednesday's contest with the Yankees after recovering from biceps bursitis. Although there was no structural damage to his arm, the southpaw needed a couple months to work his way back, including four outings in the minors over the month of June. Rodon has struggled during his rehab outings, but the White Sox are confident that he's just a little rusty and should be ready to face major-league hitting while working on a pitch count for the time being.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Rangers' Yu Darvish: Will start Wednesday
Darvish (triceps) will make his next start Wednesday against the Indians, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Darvish left Friday's game before the eighth inning with triceps tightness during one of his best starts of the season. The right-hander only allowed two hits while striking out 10 and could have likely gotten to the ninth inning since he only tossed 88 pitches at the time of his exit. The Rangers could monitor his pitch count a bit more closely for Wednesday's game, but he should be a reliable option for fantasy purposes.

Jay Groome SP | SD
Red Sox's Jay Groome: Tires in second start at Lowell
Groome (back) allowed three runs (one earned) on four hits, two walks and a wild pitch over 3.2 innings for short-season Low-A Lowell on Saturday.
Groome (0-2) was quite effective over the first three innings but began to labor in the fourth under a season-high 73 pitches (46 for strikes). The 6-foot-6 left-hander, who is still on a rehabilitation assignment, was making his second start with the Spinners after suffering a back injury during his first start at Low-A Greenville in April.
