Tommy Milone SP | SEA
Twins' Tommy Milone: Starting second game of doubleheader Thursday
Milone will receive the start in Game 2 of the team's doubleheader against the Astros on Thursday, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Milone has pitched a couple of time out of the bullpen since being moved there Aug. 1, potentially limiting his innings Thursday. The Twins will recall Andrew Albers to provide some added depth in a bullpen that could be taxed as part of the doubleheader.

Blake Snell SP | LAD
Rays' Blake Snell: Fails to pitch two innings against the Blue Jays on Wednesday
Snell (3-5) allowed five runs (two earned) on five hits, struck out two and walked four over 1.2 innings in a loss to the Blue Jays on Wednesday.
The lefty should have been out of the first, but instead right fielder Steven Souza Jr. dropped a foul ball while Josh Donaldson was batting. Donaldson took advantage, recording a single. Snell retired the next two batters, but Troy Tulowitzki hit a three-run homer in the next at-bat. Snell allowed two more runs to score in the second, and at one point, walked three straight hitters before manager Kevin Cash finally took him out. Snell is now 3-5 with a 3.18 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 58 strikeouts in 56.2 innings this season. He'll try to get back on track in his next start Tuesday against the Padres.

Ricky Nolasco SP | ARI
Angels' Ricky Nolasco: Tosses quality start despite loss to Cubs
Nolasco (4-9) struck out six while allowing the Cubs just two runs on six hits and a walk in six innings Wednesday, but was stuck with a hard-luck loss.
This was much better than his first outing after being dealt to Anaheim -- a three-homer, five-run effort against Oakland. We've seen Nolasco turn in a handful of finely polished outings like this one in 2016, but they've been mixed in with enough blowups that he remains impossible to deploy in most fantasy formats. Nolasco will next toe the rubber against Seattle on Monday.

Andrew Albers SP | MIN
Twins' Andrew Albers: Recalled as 26th man
Albers will be recalled from Triple-A Rochester to serve as the 26th man for the second game of Thursday's doubleheader against Houston.
Wednesday's game against Houston was rained out, so the Twins were able to call up an extra player for Thursday's games. Albers will likely return to Triple-A after the game.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Wednesday start postponed
Keuchel pitched just two innings in Wednesday's game before the rain started and eventually forced a postponement, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Keuchel will be refunded the five runs he allowed in the contest, dropping his ERA from 4.68 to the 4.56 mark he owned entering the night. The team has yet to announce who else will start Wednesday besides Doug Fister, but it certainly won't be Keuchel.

Nathan Eovaldi SP | TEX
Yankees' Nathan Eovaldi: Leaves game with elbow discomfort
Eovaldi (elbow) was removed from Wednesday's game after one inning of work with right elbow discomfort, Jared Diamond of the Wall Street Journal reports.
Eovaldi will immediately fly back to New York for further evaluation after throwing just 12 pitches during his start in Boston. The 26-year-old hasn't missed any time due to an injury this season, but was shut down with inflammation in his right elbow during early September in 2015. In the case that this is more than just a minor setback, Eovaldi could be out for an extended period of time with the Yankees looking ahead to the future.

Nathan Eovaldi SP | TEX
Yankees' Nathan Eovaldi: Removed after first inning
Eovaldi (undisclosed) left Wednesday's contest against Boston after the first inning, Jared Diamond of the Wall Street Journal reports.
Eovaldi threw just 12 pitches before getting replaced by Chasen Shreve after the end of the first. Shreve was up in the bullpen during the inning, so something was clearly wrong with Eovaldi right away Wednesday night. The team hasn't released any information on the expected injury as of yet, but news on his departure will likely come out before the game is over.

Matthew Boyd SP | CHC
Tigers' Matt Boyd: Will pitch Saturday
Boyd will start against the Rangers on Saturday, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
Boyd will have a week between starts when he takes the mound Saturday, after pitching against the Mets this past Saturday. He got the win, only allowing three earned runs off six hits and three walks while striking out five. Boyd also made a relief appearance Tuesday, tossing a scoreless inning against the Mariners.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Start moved up to Thursday
Rodriguez's next start has been pushed up to Thursday against the Yankees, the Providence Journal's Brian MacPherson reports.
He was originally slated to take the ball Friday against the Diamondbacks but was moved up after Steven Wright was scratched from Thursday's start due to a jammed shoulder. Rodriguez has lowered his ERA from 8.59 to 5.93 over his last five outings, but he has really struggled to go deep into games, failing to log more than 5.1 innings in three of his last four starts.

Jarrett Grube SP | CLE
Mariners' Jarrett Grube: Recalled from Triple-A Tacoma
Grube was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on Wednesday, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.
Grube had been with the Indians' Triple-A affiliate for part of the season before being released and signing a minor league contract with the Mariners. He's posted a 3.97 ERA and 1.13 WHIP in 10 appearances with the club's Tacoma affiliate. Home runs have been a problem for Grube all season, as he's allowed 14 over 90 Triple-A innings.
